Sushant Singh Rajput's death left the entire world heartbroken. The actor was allegedly found hanging in his Bandra apartment on June 14, 2020, and an investigation in the case is currently underway. His death case is being probed by three central agencies  CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation), NCB (Narcotics Control Bureau), and ED (Enforcement Directorate).

Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister Priyanka Singh has opened up about her brother’s death and the events that unfolded thereafter. In an exclusive interview with India News, she said, ‘From 2019, his life started ruining as Rhea Chakraborty entered his life. For the first time, there were issues between me and my brother. Within six days all this happened.’  She was also asked if she was suspecting that someone purposely sent Rhea into Sushant's life, to which she replied 'of course.' She also claimed that Sushant's death was plotted.
She also called out Bollywood celebrities for supporting Rhea Chakraborty. She said that Sushant was not a part of any clubs, still, he was doing great.

'That made others upset in the industry. You know that he was not dependent on this profession, Sushant had previously said that he likes to be a part of other things and that bothered these big people.’ she added.

Earlier, NCB released its statement in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case and declared that the accused including Rhea Chakraborty, Showik Chakraborty, and his flatmate Siddharth Pithani have been in a criminal conspiracy with each other for the distribution of drugs. The charge sheet also stated that Pithani had ‘aided and abetted’ the late actor to ‘extreme drug addiction.’
