'He came home just to vote': families of Cooch Behar slain bury their dead

Villagers and relatives of those killed in the Cooch Behar firing buried their dead on Sunday.

Draped in Trinamool Congress flags, wreaths were laid on the bodies by the party’s district president Partha Pratim Roy.

People wore black badges and held black flags as they walked in the procession. They demanded justice and action against those responsible for the incident.

4 people were killed in CISF firing at a booth in Siltalkuchi in Cooch Behar on Saturday during the 4th phase of polling in the state.
