A 15-year-old girl from MP's Gwalior allegedly swallowed a mobile phone after fighting with her brother, according to reports.
The girl, a resident of the Amayan locality in Bjind district was rushed to the hospital after the incident.
Doctors at the district hospital immediately operated on the girl and removed the phone from her stomach. The surgery took an hour.
Superintendent of Jaya Arogya Hospital, Dr RKS Dhadad said "The girl was brought to the hospital just in time for the doctors to intervene and save her life."
The girl is reportedly completely safe and healthy.
