Fight at 5-star hotel in Delhi: beaten up by bouncers, claims businessman

A violent incident took place at a five-star hotel in Delhi in which a businessman and his friend were allegedly beaten up by bouncers.

Delhi Police on 19 March 2023 said that the altercation occurred after an argument between the two sides over entry into a club at a hotel. Videos purportedly of the incident showed the bouncers kicking and punching the victims.

The alleged incident took place on 8 March when the victims were attending a Holi party at the hotel. The businessman claimed his wife was inside the club, but when he tried to enter, bouncers stopped him saying that "stag" entry was not allowed.
