French President Emmanuel Macron arrived at Bharat Mandapam, the venue for the ongoing G20 Summit in New Delhi.

While most world leaders arrived in Delhi on September 8th, Macron landed in the afternoon on September 9 and did not take part in the first session of the summit.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on September 9 welcomed a host of world leaders, including US President Joe Biden and UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak at the Bharat Mandapam, the venue of the G20 Summit.

Macron and Modi are scheduled to hold a bilateral meeting on the sidelines of the G20 summit in New Delhi. The meeting is likely to be in the form of lunch on September 10.
