WATCH: Delhi teacher thrashes guard in viral video

A September 12 video of a school teacher beating up a security guard is doing rounds on the internet.

In the purported video, the teacher from Delhi's Rani Jhansi government school can be seen thrashing the guard in broad daylight.

As the situation got intense, people present around can be seen taking the accused teacher away from the sight to defuse the matter.

The matter was reported to the police on September 14 but both sides refused to lodge an official complaint. 

Police said it has not received any written complaint from the concerned people. 

Meanwhile, the Deputy Director of Education is conducting an inquiry into the matter, police added.
