Sanjay Leela Bhansali is the king of opulence when it comes to cinema, and like it or not, actor Ranveer Singh is the filmmaker's current muse. All eyes are now on the filmmaker's next magnum opus 'Baiju Bawra', which is set to go on the floors soon.

Bhansali is known for larger than life, big screen epics, and he has already set the balls rolling for 'Baiju Bawra'.

Reports say the set is being built at Film City in Goregaon, and Bhansali is set to start shooting as early as October. According to a report in Mid-day, the filmmaker has roped in Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt to play key roles in the film.

Ranveer and Alia are currently shooting for Karan Johar’s next film 'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani', but the report says, they may be able to juggle their dates for Bhansali's film too.

If all goes well and Ranveer gives a green signal for 'Baiju Bawra', it will be the actor's fourth collaboration with Sanjay Leela Bhansali, after 'Ram Leela', 'Bajirao Mastani' and 'Padmaavat'.

Alia Bhatt is also in Bhansali's good books at the moment, as the two of them are working on 'Gangubai Kathiawadi', a film based on Hussain Zaidi’s novel 'Mafia Queens of Mumbai'.

Ranveer and Alia have already shared screen space in Zoya Akhtar's 2019 film 'Gully Boy', so the chemistry between these two Bollywood biggies is bound to be scorching.
