Rajasthan Police have arrested a man after a video showing him beating and assaulting his father on a street in Jodhpur went viral.
In a CCTV footage shared online, the father and the son are seen having an argument when the accused clad in a white t-shirt, picks up a stick and starts hitting his father.
While neighbours who are not in the frame reportedly try to stop him from afar the man begins assaulting his old father again. As the argument continues, he then starts slapping and punching his father.
The Station House Officer of the Ratanada Police Station in Jodhpur, where the incident took place, told the news agency that this is not the first time that the man in the video has attacked his father.
