Varun Dhawan shares first photo of daughter on Father's Day: 'Happier to be a girl dad'

Varun Dhawan and Natasha Dalal welcomed their first child, a baby girl, on Jun 3. The couple shared the exciting news via an Instagram post. On the Joyous occasion of Father's Day on Saturday (June 16), Varun shared an adorable post featuring a glimpse of his baby girl. Alongside it, the actor also shared a heartwarming note. 

Varun's adorable Father's Day post 

Varun Dhawan shared two pictures on Instagram. The first one featured him holding onto the fingers of his daughter while the other one showed him holding his pet, Zoe’s claw. Sharing the pictures, he captioned, “Happy Father’s Day. My father taught me that the best way to celebrate this day is by going out there and working for your family, so I'll be doing just that. Couldn’t be happier to be a girl dad." 

Varun and Natasa's pregnancy 

Varun and Natasha had announced the pregnancy in February. Sharing a picture with his wife, he wrote, "We are pregnant. Need all your blessings and love. #myfamilymystrength." In a statement announcing the birth of their baby girl, the couple wrote, "Our baby girl is here.
Thank u for all the good wishes for the mama and the baby." The couple has not revealed the face of their daughter. 

Varun Dhawan on the acting front 

On the work front, Varun will next be seen in, 'Baby John', which will be helmed by 'Jawan' director Atlee and directed by A Kaleeswaran. The actor will also make his OTT debut with 'Citadel,' also starring Samantha Ruth Prabhu.
