These are the latest entry-level TWS earbuds from OnePlus - the Nord Buds 3. Priced at ₹2,299, they sit below the Nord Buds 3 Pro, which were launched very recently at ₹3,299.
Here&rsquo;s the thing: I really liked the Nord Buds 3 Pro. In fact, in my comparison, I found them better than the more expensive CMF Buds Pro 2.
So, the question is, with a minor price difference, are the new Nord Buds 3 even better value than the Pro model?
Well, the Nord Buds 3 and 3 Pro are more alike than different. In fact, the case and earbuds are exactly the same shape and size. You can even swap the earbuds between the cases.
The plastic quality on both models is impressive for the price, and both cases are portable, easily passing the coin pocket test.
The A-shaped stem on both earbuds is thicker at the bottom and has a capacitive touch sensor at the top. The fit is secure and comfortable enough for long periods of use.
The main difference is that the OnePlus logo is 3D embossed inside the case on the Pro model, while it&rsquo;s printed on the non-Pro version.
Also, the Pro version has a dual-tone finish, while the Buds 3 come in a standard single-tone design. To be honest, I prefer the clean, fuss-free look of the cheaper model.
Now, let&rsquo;s talk about connectivity and controls. Both earbuds support dual connection functionality but only feature SBC and AAC codecs. So there&rsquo;s no high-res Bluetooth audio on these budget earbuds.
Both can be customised using the HeyMelody app that&rsquo;s available on Android and iOS.
Both models have tap-based controls, which work fine most of the time. But, squeeze based controls are just a lot more intuitive, so I wish these two buds had them.&nbsp;
However, there's an important feature missing from the non-Pro model: in-ear detection. This means the earbuds can&rsquo;t automatically pause or play audio when you take them out or put them back in. In-ear detection is quite a handy feature, and thankfully, the Pro model supports it.
Now, let&rsquo;s shed some light on the audio output. Both sound great for the price, delivering a bass-forward experience. The good news is, despite this focus on bass, the mids and highs remain clear, making the sound instantly appealing.
However, the non-Pro model I have here seems to be running on pre-production software. To begin with, HeyMelody was showing an Oppo image with these buds.
Then, OnePlus' marketing claims this model supports BassWave 2, but it wasn&rsquo;t available on my unit. It was, however, present on the Pro model.
Additionally, the 6-band custom equaliser, a key feature of the Pro model, was also missing from the non-Pro version during my testing. So, the sound is much less customisable on the non-Pro model, at least for now.&nbsp;
Another oddity with the pre-production software was that the non-Pro model announced changes in ANC modes in Chinese.
Speaking of active noise cancellation, both models offer it, but with a difference. The Pro model can block up to 49dB of noise, while the non-Pro version manages 32dB. Obviously, the Pro model provides better noise reduction, but the standard version still does a good job of cancelling out fan and AC noises.
However, transparency mode on both models sounds quite artificial. Call quality is also average &ndash; it&rsquo;s sufficient, but don&rsquo;t expect an outstanding calling experience.
Moving on, battery life is similar on both earbuds too, with the Pro model offering up to 44 hours and the non-Pro model up to 43 hours. Of course, this will vary depending on your preferred volume and noise cancellation settings.
That said, I didn&rsquo;t manage to fully drain either pair during my five days of testing.
In the end, these two earbuds are very similar and both sound great for the price. However, I think the Pro model offers better value for a little extra money.&nbsp;
Still, if you are on a strict budget, the Nord Buds 3 are a very good option.

The Galaxy Watch Ultra is the newest addition to Samsung&rsquo;s smartwatch lineup, designed to compete in the premium and rugged smartwatch segment. Priced at ₹60,000, this watch aims to be the go-to wearable for adventurers and outdoor enthusiasts.&nbsp;
However, while it has many impressive features, it doesn&rsquo;t escape comparisons to the Apple Watch Ultra, which has set a high standard in this category. Let's check out what makes the Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra stand out, and where it falls short.
<h3>Galaxy Watch Ultra Design</h3>
One of the first things you'll notice about the Galaxy Watch Ultra is its size. At 47mm wide and 12.1mm thick, it&rsquo;s a large and heavy watch, weighing in at 60.5 grams. The watch has a solid titanium case with a sapphire glass display, designed to withstand extreme conditions.&nbsp;
It's rated for 10 ATM water resistance, meaning it can handle depths of up to 100 metres, and it's built to handle harsh environments, including high altitudes and extreme temperatures.
This bulky design with that &lsquo;squircle&rsquo; dial might not appeal to everyone, especially those who prefer a more subtle look. However, for adventurers who need a tough, durable watch, this size and sturdiness will likely be a welcome feature.
Samsung has designed the Galaxy Watch Ultra to handle rough and tough conditions. It meets the MIL-STD-810H military standard for durability, meaning it can survive shocks, vibrations, and extreme temperatures.&nbsp;
The watch is also IP68-rated for dust and water resistance, though Samsung does warn that it&rsquo;s not suitable for high-pressure water sports like diving. While it can track your swim workouts, you shouldn&rsquo;t rely on it for deep-sea diving or water skiing.
One feature that stands out is the titanium construction. The material is known for being both lightweight and highly durable, which means the watch can take a beating without showing much wear and tear.&nbsp;
The sapphire crystal on the screen also ensures it&rsquo;s highly resistant to scratches, making it a great companion for outdoor adventures.

Like many high-end smartwatches, the Galaxy Watch Ultra offers a range of health and fitness tracking features.&nbsp;
Samsung has included its BioActive sensor, which combines heart rate, ECG, and blood oxygen monitoring into one unit. This sensor is quite accurate, providing consistent heart rate readings that match closely with other devices like the Oura Ring and Apple Watch Ultra.
One of the new health features on the Galaxy Watch Ultra is the Advanced Glycation End Products (AGEs) index, which claims to measure your risk of diabetes and stroke by analysing certain molecules in your skin. However, this feature has received mixed reviews. Some users find the metric confusing and not very helpful without proper medical context.
Additionally, the watch tracks sleep patterns and offers insights through Samsung&rsquo;s sleep AI. After a week of monitoring your sleep, the watch assigns you a &ldquo;sleep animal&rdquo; to represent your sleep habits. While this can be fun and accurate for some, others might find it gimmicky.
One major drawback is that many of the advanced health features, such as ECG readings and the Energy Score, are only available if you have a Samsung phone. This can be frustrating for Android users who don&rsquo;t own a Samsung device, as it limits the watch&rsquo;s functionality.
The Galaxy Watch Ultra is geared toward outdoor activities, and it does a decent job at tracking various workouts. It has built-in GPS with dual-band accuracy, making it easy to track runs, hikes, and other outdoor activities with precision.
The watch also auto detects activities like walking and biking, meaning you don&rsquo;t have to manually start a workout.
For cyclists, the watch offers metrics like Functional Threshold Power (FTP), which is useful for serious athletes. However, some features that high-end Garmin or Apple Watch Ultra users might expect, such as scuba diving tracking, are missing.&nbsp;
Samsung has added Track Back functionality, which helps you retrace your steps if you get lost on a hike or run, but accessing these navigation tools can be a bit tricky.
The Galaxy Watch Ultra also monitors water loss during workouts, which is a handy feature for people who train in hot climates or participate in endurance sports.&nbsp;
Overall, it&rsquo;s a solid option for most outdoor activities, though hardcore athletes might miss some of the more advanced features found on Garmin watches.

The Galaxy Watch Ultra runs on Wear OS 5 with Samsung&rsquo;s One UI overlay. If you&rsquo;ve used a Samsung smartwatch before, the interface will feel familiar. The watch responds quickly to swipes and taps, and you can use the side buttons to navigate through apps and features.

However, there are some downsides. For one, the watch doesn&rsquo;t support reverse wireless charging from a Samsung phone, a feature available in previous models. Additionally, fast charging isn&rsquo;t as quick as some might expect, taking almost two hours to fully charge the watch.
Another issue is the lack of low-battery warnings. The watch simply shuts off when the battery is drained, without giving you much notice. This can be inconvenient if you&rsquo;re out in the field and relying on the watch for navigation or workout tracking.

The Moto Razr 50 has arrived, bringing all the nostalgic flip phone excitement at nearly half the price of the Razr 50 Ultra and Z Flip 6.
The Razr 50's much cheaper, but it&rsquo;s hard not to draw parallels when it delivers so much value for so much less, at least on paper.&nbsp;
Of course, it doesn&rsquo;t offer all the bells and whistles of the flagship flip phones, but this new foldable from Motorola still gets a lot right.&nbsp;
<h3>Motorola Razr 50 Displays</h3>
Let&rsquo;s start with the cover display&mdash;this thing is a huge upgrade from last year&rsquo;s tiny 1.5-inch screen on the Razr 40. It also does not have the weird &lsquo;folder&rsquo; design of the Flip 6, which a lot of you will appreciate.&nbsp;
But it&rsquo;s not just about the size. The real standout here is the experience of using the cover screen. You can access any app directly from it without any hassle, making it way more versatile than Samsung&rsquo;s offering.
Honestly, I&rsquo;d choose this setup over the Galaxy Z Flip 6 any day, even with Samsung&rsquo;s Good Lock.&nbsp;
Plus, with Google Assistant and Gemini built in, the cover screen feels just as useful as the one inside.
You also get dedicated mini games to play on the cover display, which I&rsquo;m quite a fan of.&nbsp;
Coming to the inner display, it&rsquo;s a 6.9-inch 1080p pOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. Now, it has a tall 22:9 aspect ratio&mdash;kind of like the Razr 50 Ultra&mdash;but you lose the Dolby Vision support here.&nbsp;
That said, you still get HDR10+ and, sure, the refresh rate tops out at 'only' 120Hz, unlike the 165Hz you get with the 50 Ultra, but honestly, 120Hz is more than enough for most use cases.
It&rsquo;s plenty bright too, hitting 3000 nits max. Outdoor visibility is solid. The resolution is mostly fine, but on a display this big, it could use a few more pixels. Still, for everyday use, it&rsquo;s more than capable.
<h3>Motorola Razr 50 Design</h3>
Now, let&rsquo;s talk about design. The Moto Razr 50 feels premium, no doubt about that. The frame around the phone&rsquo;s periphery is made of aluminium, while the outer hinge cover is stainless steel. &nbsp;The soft vegan suede material on the back panel feels really nice &nbsp;in the hand but I&rsquo;m not sure how well it&rsquo;ll hold up over time.&nbsp;
Motorola&rsquo;s hinge design is also well-engineered, minimising the crease when fully unfolded, and it's also quite easy to unfold this phone with just one hand.&nbsp;
Additionally, the Razr 50 gets a nice upgrade with IPX8 water resistance&mdash;so you&rsquo;re safe from accidental spills. There&rsquo;s no dust resistance, though, so be mindful in rough environments.
<h3>Motorola Razr 50 Performance</h3>
Now, powering the Razr 50 is the MediaTek Dimensity 7300X chipset. This is far from a flagship chipset, but it holds up really well in most cases. You can game on this thing without issues&mdash;Call of Duty at max frame rates, no problem. &nbsp;
The only issue that annoyed me was the lag between clicking a photo and viewing it in the Photos app.&nbsp;
There's also 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage on tap here.&nbsp;
Moving on, I was impressed by the stereo speaker setup of the Razr 50. The output was loud and crisp, with decent bass as well.&nbsp;
The software experience on the Razr 50 with Motorola&rsquo;s Hello UI and Android 14 is solid. While there are some pre-installed third-party apps that you can remove, Motorola has also added a few of its own that can't be uninstalled.&nbsp;
So, it&rsquo;s not the near-stock feel of older Motorola phones, but it offers plenty of personalisation with themes, fonts, and generative AI wallpapers.&nbsp;
Motorola is promising 3 OS updates and 4 years of security updates on the Razr 50, which is pretty standard for the price.
<h3>Motorola Razr 50 Cameras</h3>
The main camera system on the Razr 50 includes a 50MP main and a 13MP ultrawide sensor.&nbsp;
On the inside, you get a 32MP selfie camera as well.&nbsp;

The main camera is a decent performer in most scenarios, offering good dynamic range and slightly boosted colours. However, the images do not have much detail.&nbsp;
The ultrawide does a pretty good job, plus it also doubles as a macro camera.
Both cameras can shoot 4K 30 fps videos as well, and the stability of videos is pretty good and dynamic range is decent too.&nbsp;
But, the internal selfie camera whitens skin tones like crazy, so I recommend you use the main camera for selfies.&nbsp;
Look, this is not a camera phone. Motorola&rsquo;s own Edge 50 Ultra has a much superior camera system for around the same price, so keep that in mind.&nbsp;
<h3>Motorola Razr 50 Battery Life</h3>
Battery life is quite impressive for a flip phone. The Razr 50&rsquo;s battery easily handled a full day of heavy use. I think the Dimensity 7300x is optimised well here, even with two screens draining power. There&rsquo;s definitely some smart energy management going on.
When it comes to charging, the Razr 50 supports 30W wired charging, and it&rsquo;s great to see a charger included in the box.
In my testing, the phone hit full charge in just over an hour, making it a bit faster than the Flip 6, though not quite as quick as the Razr 50 Ultra. You also get wireless charging up to 15W, a significant upgrade from the Razr 40&rsquo;s 5W.
<h3>Motorola Razr 50 Review</h3>
The Moto Razr 50 is a good choice if you&rsquo;re looking for a flip foldable phone that doesn&rsquo;t skimp on key features.&nbsp;
Its chipset isn&rsquo;t the most powerful, but then again, it&rsquo;s more of a lifestyle choice that offers a unique form factor. The cover screen is the biggest highlight here, and there&rsquo;s so much you can do with it that a lot of the time, I didn&rsquo;t even need to use the main screen.&nbsp;
Overall, it&rsquo;s a well-rounded device, and if you want to get into foldables without breaking the bank, this is a good pick.
That being said, I would suggest you also keep looking for hefty discounts on last year's flip flagships: Razr 40 Ultra and Galaxy Z Flip 5.&nbsp;

The premium Android phone segment just got hotter with the launch of the Google Pixel 9 and Pixel 9 Pro XL.
The Pixel 9 costs ₹79,999, while the 9 Pro XL is priced at 1,24,999 in India.&nbsp;
There is also a Pixel 9 Pro that sits in between these two models, but its India price and availability is still a mystery at the time of writing this review.
Anyway, if you're thinking about getting the new Pixel phones, keep reading because I&rsquo;m going to give you 5 reasons why they&rsquo;re a great choice&mdash;and 4 things you might want to consider before buying.&nbsp;
Plus, I&rsquo;ll let you know which of the two phones is the better buy.
<h3>Google Pixel 9 &amp; Pixel 9 Pro XL cameras</h3>
So, the number one reason to buy any Pixel phone is the camera. Both these phones have the same 50MP primary and 48MP ultrawide sensors.
But as always, the telephoto camera remains a Pro feature. It boasts a 48MP periscope lens with 5x optical zoom, capturing stunning photos with excellent dynamic range.

Both phones capture great photos with the main camera during the day. It has nicely crisp detail and is generally rendered well. Dynamic range is mostly great, but Pixels tend to like high contrast, so shadows can look underexposed occasionally.&nbsp;
Low light shots, however, are pretty good with well controlled noise. 4K 60 fps videos from the main camera are stable with an impressive amount of detail, even in tricky lighting conditions.&nbsp;
Images from the ultrawide camera are quite impressive with great amounts of detail and consistent colours with the main camera. Even low-light ultrawide photos are quite good.&nbsp;
Let&rsquo;s now shed some light on Pixel&rsquo;s AI assisted post-processing tools. Both smartphones get this futuristic &lsquo;add me&rsquo; feature which is really handy while ensuring that no one is missing in a group photo. It also allows you to be a little creative.&nbsp;
The Pro XL can also enhance your low light videos, although the processing happens on cloud and takes a long time. Plus, this feature is not available on the vanilla Pixel 9.
Anyway, you also get the handy AI eraser tool on both phones, although this is very common on Android phones nowadays.&nbsp;
If I have to rate the camera systems on these phones, they are probably like 7.5 on 10, which is very good.&nbsp;
<h3>Google Pixel 9 &amp; Pixel 9 Pro XL design</h3>
Now, the second reason to consider these phones is their gorgeous design. Both the Pixel 9 and Pixel 9 Pro XL showcase a sleek, updated look with a flat back and a smooth aluminum frame
The iconic Pixel camera bar is now shorter and does not merge with the frame of the phone. It is thankfully still long enough to make these phones quite stable on a flat surface.&nbsp;
The base contains two camera sensors and a flash on the Pixel 9, and three camera sensors, plus a temperature sensor on the 9 Pro XL.
The Pixel 9 has a glossy back and a matte frame, while it's the other way around on the 9 Pro XL.&nbsp;
If not for the camera bar, the design of these two phones is quite iPhone-esque, and I really like &nbsp;that
I definitely prefer the in-hand feel of the Pixel 9 because of its smaller footprint, but do note that it is nowhere as compact as the Galaxy S24.&nbsp;
<h3>Google Pixel 9 &amp; Pixel 9 Pro XL display</h3>
The display is one area where the two phones start to diverge more significantly. The Pixel 9 comes with a 6.3-inch 1080p display with a 120Hz refresh rate. This phone lacks LTPO tech.
Without LTPO, the refresh rate on the Pixel 9 can only switch between 120Hz and 60Hz, whereas the Pixel 9 Pro XL can dynamically adjust its refresh rate from 120Hz down to 1Hz.
The Pixel 9 Pro XL&rsquo;s display is larger at 6.8 inches and has a slightly higher resolution. Both displays support HDR10+ video playback as well.
Google has also added a new ultrasonic fingerprint rear on the Pixel 9 series is quite fast and reliable.&nbsp;
<h3>Google Pixel 9 &amp; Pixel 9 Pro XL software &amp; AI</h3>
One of the standout perks of these phones is Google&rsquo;s commitment to long-term software updates&mdash;7 years of updates, to be exact. That&rsquo;s a huge draw for anyone looking to keep their device running smoothly for years.&nbsp;
But it&rsquo;s not just about longevity; Google has been leading the AI game long before the competition caught on.&nbsp;
This year&rsquo;s Pixels come packed with even more smart features, like a new call, text, and email summarizer that helps you instantly get to the information that matters. And let&rsquo;s not forget the Gemini AI assistant, now supporting over 100 languages, &nbsp;and can handle natural language questions as well. &nbsp;
Another interesting feature is Pixel Screenshots, which lets you search within your screenshots. For example, if you&rsquo;ve saved a recipe but forgot about it, the Pixel 9 Pro XL can quickly help you find it using Gemini's AI. It&rsquo;s a handy tool that&rsquo;s easy to see becoming part of your daily routine.&nbsp;
By the way, all that AI magic needs some serious power, so it&rsquo;s good to see both the Pixel 9 and Pixel 9 Pro XL get a hefty RAM upgrade&mdash;12GB for the Pixel 9 and a massive 16GB for the Pro XL.
<h3>Google Pixel 9 &amp; Pixel 9 Pro XL battery life</h3>
Another reason you might want to grab the new Pixel phones&mdash;and I can&rsquo;t believe I&rsquo;m saying this&mdash;is the improved battery life.
The Pixel 9 now boasts a slightly larger 4,700 mAh battery, while the Pixel 9 Pro XL steps up with a 5,060 mAh battery. In my testing, the Pixel 9 delivered an impressive average screen time of around 8.5 hours, which is a huge improvement considering the Pixel 8 struggled in this area.
The Pixel 9 Pro XL, despite its larger battery, averaged around 8 hours of screen time. The more demanding display and features do drain the battery a bit faster, but it&rsquo;s still a significant step up from previous Pixel generations.
<h3>Google Pixel 9 &amp; Pixel 9 Pro XL: Tensor G4 performance</h3>

This chip is specifically designed to handle the AI features I just talked about, but here's the thing&mdash;most of those AI features still rely heavily on the internet to function properly. So, it&rsquo;s hard to say how much heavy lifting the Tensor G4 is actually doing on its own.
And when it comes to raw performance, the G4 doesn&rsquo;t quite match up to other high-end chipsets. In benchmark tests, it scores noticeably lower than its rivals. Check out the benchmark results in the video.
The Tensor G4 can handle demanding games at fairly high settings but thermal throttling becomes noticeable within just 10 to 15 minutes of gameplay. That&rsquo;s something to keep in mind if you're a serious gamer.

It&rsquo;s also a bit surprising that the Pixel 9 also doesn&rsquo;t offer manual camera controls, which you&rsquo;d expect from a smartphone in this price range.

To add to that, neither phone comes with a bundled charger. And if fast charging is a priority for you, brace yourself for some disappointment. The charging speeds are a bit underwhelming, peaking at 37W for the Pro XL and just 27W for the Pixel 9. &nbsp;
They do support wireless charging and reverse wireless charging, which is handy, but the overall charging experience might not be as fast as some would like.

<h2>The Vivo V40 Pro, with its renowned Zeiss cameras and the powerful Dimensity 9200+ chipset, is quite a strong contender for the best camera phone under ₹50,000. Does it deliver?</h2>

The Vivo V40 Pro is here, and it is the most jacked-up V-series phone ever made.
In addition to Zeiss-tuned cameras, it also offers a powerful Dimensity 9200+ chipset, a bright display with 4500 nits peak brightness, and an IP68 rating. By the way, it also finally has stereo speakers.
It starts at ₹49,999, which is quite a good price considering the high-end cameras and chipset on offer.
However, there&rsquo;s also an underrated camera phone in this segment: the Moto Edge 50 Ultra. Generally, Motorola phones aren&rsquo;t really known for cameras, but this one proved to be an exception.
Also, it was launched at ₹60,000, but since day one, it has been sold at ₹55,000, because the company did take the launch price criticism quite seriously.
So, which one of these two camera-centric flagship killers is better? Let&rsquo;s find out!
<h3>Vivo V40 Pro vs Motorola Edge 50 Ultra Camera Review</h3>
The Vivo V40 Pro has three 50MP cameras at the back: a main, an ultrawide, and a 2x telephoto.
I&rsquo;m guessing that Vivo is not giving a 3x telephoto on this phone to avoid an overlap with the X100, but it should have been there considering the price.
On the other hand, the Edge 50 Ultra also features a triple rear camera system consisting of a 50MP primary, 12MP ultrawide, and a 64MP 3x periscope lens.
The V40 Pro, as before, has a Zeiss-tuned system, while the Moto has Pantone validated colours on its cameras, even though there is no Pantone label on it.

Let&rsquo;s start with the main camera. Daytime shots are a bit confusing, because sometimes Vivo adds more saturation to colours, other times it&rsquo;s the Moto. But in general, Moto&rsquo;s colours are more true to life, while the Vivo adds more contrast.
Vivo&rsquo;s indoor shots are also contrasty and look crisp, but the Moto extracts more detail in shadows.
Low light photos definitely come out better on the Vivo. However, it adds a blue tint to the sky, to fix it, you gotta disable the dedicated night mode.
The V40 Pro also finally has stabilisation for its 4K 60fps videos, but they still remain less stable than the Moto&rsquo;s footage.
The Edge 50 Ultra also extracts out more detail in low light videos.
Moving on to the telephoto camera is an obvious victory for the V40 Pro. Vivo&rsquo;s best in business portrait algorithms make its portrait shots amazing.
Take this photo for instance. It was sitting under a harsh yellow light, which is quite evident in this photo taken by the Edge 50 Ultra. But the Vivo processed everything so beautifully, restoring my skin and shirt colour. And this is without Aura light or beautification enabled.
And this is a constant theme, the V40 Pro is quite unbeatable for portrait photos, of both people and objects.
In fact, Zeiss portraits also work wonderfully with the main sensor.
On the other hand, Motorola&rsquo;s telephoto camera has shutter lag issues, so a lot of shots I took with it just came out to be blurry.
The Zeiss filters on the V40 Pro add a unique look to your portrait photos, making them stand out.
However, Vivo has been a bit overambitious with the V40 Pro. While its telephoto camera is 50mm, you also get 85mm and 100mm options for portraits, which mostly look oversharpened. So, stick to 50mm for best results.
Also, the Aura Light on this phone is smaller and brighter than its predecessor, but this iteration basically works like a flash, often throwing harsh light on the subject. Not a fan.
Finally, talking of ultrawide cameras, the Moto does a great job. Its ultrawide has a wider field of view, yet it captures more details and better colours than the Vivo.
Coming to selfies, the Moto keeps skin tones more natural, while the Vivo will expose your face much better. It is a matter of personal preference.
It can be hard to choose a winner here, so let me make it simple. The Vivo V40 is better at taking photos of people from both its main and telephoto cameras. It also takes better night time photos from the main sensor. The Edge 50 Ultra has a better ultrawide camera overall. It also takes better videos from its main sensor.
<h3>Design &amp; Build</h3>
Let&rsquo;s now shift focus on the design and in-hand feel. Both these smartphones have a curved glass sandwich design, which gives them a sleek and sophisticated look.
The V40 Pro&rsquo;s unique &ldquo;bottle opener&rdquo; camera island and matt grey color look great in my opinion but are prone to fingerprints. It also has a glass back with a plastic frame and despite its 5,500mAh battery, it&rsquo;s slim and light at 192g and 7.6mm.
The Moto, with a 1,000mAh smaller battery, is thicker and heavier but feels better in hand with its narrower aluminum frame and grippy faux wood finish.
Its camera island blends smoothly into the back, though the oval cutout disrupts symmetry. Both phones are IP68-rated, which is a nice flagship feature to have.&nbsp;
But I should point out that the Haptics are underwhelming on both phones. The Moto&rsquo;s feedback is weak, and the Vivo&rsquo;s just feels like an old-school vibrator motor.
<h3>Display</h3>
Display-wise, the V40 Pro has a 6.78-inch AMOLED with a 120Hz refresh rate, while the Moto offers a 6.7-inch pOLED with a 144Hz refresh rate.
Moto&rsquo;s warm color calibration isn&rsquo;t ideal, and its auto brightness struggles outdoors. The Vivo&rsquo;s display is brighter and doesn&rsquo;t have these issues. However, the Moto&rsquo;s Dolby Atmos speakers are superior and sound more clear.&nbsp;
<h3>Performance &amp; Software</h3>
In terms of performance, the Edge 50 Ultra has the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, and the V40 Pro is powered by the Dimensity 9200+.

Both score similarly on Antutu, but Vivo shows better CPU stability.
On the Solar Bay Stress test, Vivo once again scored higher, but it demonstrated less stability throughout the test.
Moto&rsquo;s UFS 4.0 storage means faster game loading, though both phones warm up during heavy use, with the Edge 50 Ultra heating up faster because of the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3.&nbsp;
As for software, Motorola&rsquo;s Hello UI is clean and close to stock Android but has occasional stutters. Vivo&rsquo;s Funtouch OS 14 is cluttered with bloatware but is highly optimized for speed.
Both phones have AI features, with Vivo offering an AI object eraser and Moto a wallpaper generator.
I would like to see more useful AI features on these smartphones via an update.&nbsp;

Finally, let&rsquo;s talk about battery life, and there&rsquo;s no comparison here. The Edge 50 Ultra has a 4500mAh cell while the V40 Pro has 5,500mAh cell. So, you can easily extract 9 hours of screen time from the Vivo with mixed use, while the Moto will not exceed 7.5 hours.&nbsp;
But Motorola does get bonkers charging speeds at 125W wired and 50W wireless.&nbsp;
The 50W wireless charging requires a proprietary charger, so I could not test it, but the wired charging fully charges this phone in approximately 20 minutes.
The Vivo has no wireless charging, and its wired charging is rated at 80W, which is not bad, but is no match for the Moto.&nbsp;

I did notice a bit of lag here and there, but when it comes to gaming, it&rsquo;s surprisingly smooth&mdash;no major stutters even with BGMI settings pushed to Ultra HDR. It does get a bit warm, but if you&rsquo;re using Xiaomi&rsquo;s keyboard accessory, that&rsquo;s not really an issue.&nbsp;

While the Redmi Pad Pro handles most tasks well, it&rsquo;s not built for heavy-duty machine learning or AI workloads. Also, be prepared for some pre-installed apps that you may not want. &nbsp;&nbsp;
Xiaomi&rsquo;s software support isn&rsquo;t the best either. The Redmi Pad Pro is slated to get two Android updates and three years of security patches, which is fine for the price, but it&rsquo;s unclear when those updates will roll out. &nbsp;&nbsp;
Xiaomi&rsquo;s Interconnectivity feature is great if you&rsquo;re all-in on Xiaomi devices, but if you&rsquo;re using other brands, you might find it less useful.&nbsp;

The Galaxy Z Fold 6 is here, and it starts at ₹1.65 lakh here in India.
If you're considering spending that kind of money on a foldable smartphone, you&rsquo;ve got to be 100% certain it's worth it.
After all, the cheaper S24 Ultra has better cameras, better battery life, and more features than the Z Fold 6.
But Samsung's Fold series has always been about more than just specs.&nbsp;
The real magic lies in its unique form factor and software optimisation, making it the best phone for productivity on the go. No traditional smartphone can match that.
<h3>Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 Productivity</h3>
Let&rsquo;s begin with trivial things, you know, the kind of stuff that sounds unessential but does make a big impact on the user experience.
For starters, the Fold 6 is a fantastic smartphone for reading documents and PDFs. The wide inner display means that documents fit beautifully on it without the need for zooming in or scrolling side to side.
By extension, this also makes the Fold 6 one of the most brilliant ebook readers around. I know traditional ebook readers are much cheaper, but how many of them fold in half and fit in your pocket?
The Fold 6 is basically a mini tablet in your pocket, so productivity geeks will love it for sure.
You can open up to 3 apps simultaneously on it. In fact, you can simply drag and drop stuff across multiple apps, like you would on a PC, making everything less cumbersome. The app dock at the bottom ensures that switching between apps is a lot more seamless as well.
By the way, many apps refuse to open in multi-window format, but Samsung has a solution for it. Just go to labs and enable &lsquo;multi-window for all apps&rsquo; and boom, it fixes everything. Just OneUI things.
Then there's Samsung Dex, which turns this device into a bonafide desktop replacement. With a wireless connection to a monitor and the addition of a keyboard and mouse, you've got a fully-fledged PC experience. It's like having a phone, tablet, and computer all rolled into one.
The width of the foldable display also means that browsers show a desktop-like interface, with tabs clearly visible on top.
Then, if you use the Samsung browser instead of Chrome, you can also use Galaxy AI to summarise web pages for you so that you can quickly sift through the information.
Talking of AI, here is a major ace up this smartphone&rsquo;s sleeve. If you travel a lot, Samsung&rsquo;s AI translator works in an amazing way on the Fold 6 because it can utilise both displays simultaneously. So, the other speaker won't just hear the translated text but can also read it. How awesome is that?
But, I must mention that currently, this is only useful if you travel abroad because the only supported Indian language on it is Hindi. Adding support for more Indian languages would make the Fold 6 a fantastic companion for domestic travel.
Talking of travel, if you are into vlogging, the Fold 6 might be one of the best smartphone cameras for you. You can basically use its rear camera system to shoot stable and high-quality videos of yourself. In fact, you can use the ultrawide camera to fit so much more into the frame.
Although I must point out that a flip-style foldable is better suited for this purpose because it&rsquo;s easier to grip.
Now, let&rsquo;s talk about the fun stuff. Samsung&rsquo;s next-gen generative AI features on the Fold 6. Using this, you can roughly draw a horrible drawing on top of an image, and the AI interprets it and creates and integrates the object in real time in that image.
This feature will come to other Galaxy phones soon via an update, but the big inner display of the Fold 6 makes scribbling on an image easier.
But, if you want to be more precise with it, you have to opt for the optional S Pen.
The S Pen enhances the productivity potential of this phone a lot, but it is frustrating that it is still an additional accessory on such an expensive device.
In fact, Samsung has been embedding the S Pen into its phones since 2011, and I&rsquo;m not ready to believe that this company cannot figure out how to do the same on its foldable smartphone.&nbsp;
<h3>Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 Design &amp; Display</h3>
So, all the potentially unique use cases aside, how&rsquo;s the Fold 6 as a high-end smartphone?
To begin with, while the Fold 6 is mostly an incremental upgrade over the Fold 5, its design is vastly different. It doesn't look like a big change on paper, but the in-hand feel of the Fold 6 and Fold 5 are worlds apart.
This phone now has squared-off corners, just like the S24 Ultra. Basically, two of the most expensive Samsung phones now have a boxy design.
Then, at 239 grams and 12.1mm, the Fold 6 is also lighter and thinner than its predecessor.
More importantly, the aspect ratio on the Fold 6 is now approximately 22:9. This makes it a little wider than the Fold 5, which has two benefits: the cover display is now not awkwardly narrow and is easier to use, while the inner display is slightly wider as well.
Despite these differences, the inner display remains the same in size at 7.6 inches, while the outer display is up by 0.1 inches at 6.3 inches. Both are LTPO AMOLED panels with a 120Hz refresh rate.
Moving on, the Fold 6 is the first foldable with an IP48 rating, which means it has resistance for not just water but also dust particles. So, theoretically, this phone is less prone to a squeaky hinge. The phone also gets Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection on the cover display and the matte glass back.
But, as with all foldables, the long-term durability of the main foldable display remains questionable. So, yeah, these phones anyway require more care than a standard smartphone.
<h3>Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 Performance &amp; Software</h3>
Anyway, the phone obviously has the standard yearly chipset upgrade. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, instead of the 8 Gen 2 on its predecessor. You also get 12GB of RAM as standard. This, when combined with the feature-rich One UI 6, makes the Fold 6 quite enjoyable to use.
A great thing is that this smartphone is also covered under Samsung&rsquo;s extended software support. So, it will get updates till Android 21, quite crazy.
<h3>Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 Battery &amp; Charging</h3>
Moving on, the battery capacity on this device is 4,400mAh, which is not bad, but it has been the same since the Fold 3! Plus, both the OnePlus Open and Vivo X Fold 3 Pro offer bigger batteries on their foldables.&nbsp;
Fortunately, Samsung&rsquo;s optimizations ensure that the battery life isn't bad by any means with a screen time of around 5.5 to 6 hours. But, a phone that&rsquo;s built for productivity deserves a larger battery. It also deserves faster charging than just 25W wired and 15W wireless.

The Fold 6&rsquo;s camera system is quite good, but it is not what you&rsquo;d expect for the price.
The rear camera system on the Fold 6 includes a 50MP main, 12MP ultrawide, and a 10MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom. The main and telephoto cameras are lifted directly from the S24 and S24+, while the ultrawide is a slightly upgraded sensor.
In typical Samsung fashion, daytime shots from all sensors are pleasingly vivid with a nice saturation boost. Low-light photos have low noise and bright colours too, but the overall detail and highlight control isn&rsquo;t quite flagship-worthy.
This is especially true for the telephoto camera, which often refuses to fire up in low light, leading to low-quality cropped photos from the main sensor.
This camera system, however, does take impressively stable videos with an ample amount of detail.
You also get a 10MP selfie camera in the cover display that takes good selfies.
However, the second, so-called invisible selfie camera inside the main display has not gotten any upgrade since the Fold 3, so its results are quite unsatisfactory.

So yea, that&rsquo;s the Galaxy Z Fold 6. It is a thoroughly refined version of the Fold 5.
However, since Samsung is no longer the only brand that globally sells a large-format foldable phone, I did expect more advancements in the camera and battery department.
But that being said, Samsung is still the only Android phone company with a brand value strong enough to command ₹1.65 lakh.

Anyone who has seen the Z Flip 6 keeps asking me about the big differences between this new model and last year's Galaxy Z Flip5. Honestly, it&rsquo;s not immediately obvious. There&rsquo;s a new main camera and a few software tweaks, but much of it feels quite familiar. Plus, it&rsquo;s 10,000 Rupees more expensive. So, is the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 worth the upgrade?&nbsp; Keep reading to find out
<h3>Galaxy Z Flip 6 Design</h3>
Let's chat about design first. The Flip 6 doesn&rsquo;t stray too far from the look of its predecessor. &nbsp;But I don't think, that's necessarily a bad thing!&nbsp; After all, Samsung's been making foldables for a while now, &nbsp;and the Flip 6 is a beautiful testament to that.
It just feels really sturdy and well-made, almost like they perfected the design. It folds up super compact too, and the Armor aluminium frame gives it a nice, solid feel in your hand. Speaking of perfecting things, the new dual rail hinge design offers a more solid feel when you close the phone. &nbsp;
Plus, the crease in the middle of the screen is less noticeable now. It's still there, but it&rsquo;s not as prominent. One thing I did notice using the phone, though, is that opening it can be a bit tricky.The edges are flatter now, and there's not much to grip onto, especially when you're trying to unfold it with one hand. &nbsp;
Another important upgrade for &nbsp;The Flip 6 is its IP48 rating, which basically means it's the world's first foldable phone that can survive both dust and water. That's a nice peace of mind, knowing your foldable phone can handle both dust bunnies and spills.&nbsp;
Samsung also went all out with some gorgeous new pastel colours this year. I just love this new peach colour, I've been testing, which is exclusive to Samsung's website. The "normal" colours this year are yellow, mint, blue, and silver, which are all pretty slick too.
One minor thing that bugged me though - the rings around the cameras on the peach model aren't the same colour as the back panel, unlike the other phone colours. If the camera accents matched this phone's colour, that would have been an instant win for me! &nbsp;
<h3>Galaxy Z Flip 6 Display (Main)</h3>
The main screen on the Flip 6 is pretty much the same as last year's, which is a good thing! It's still a big, beautiful 6.7-inch AMOLED display, and everything feels smooth and responsive thanks to the 120Hz refresh rate.
The inner screen also got a significant brightness boost - &nbsp;we're talking 2,600 nits compared to 1,750 on the Flip 5. That's a big jump, and it makes a huge difference when you're using your phone outside on a sunny day.&nbsp;
My only main criticism is that the display's slender aspect ratio does take a little getting used to, and typing when typing on the keyboard's arrow keys isn't exactly easy.&nbsp;
<h3>Galaxy Z Flip 6 Display (Outer)</h3>
As for the outer screen, it's still the same size as last year's at 3.4 inches with a 60 Hz refresh rate. Honestly, I gotta say, I was hoping Samsung would make it a bit bigger, especially since the Moto Razr 50 Ultra comes with a 4-inch cover screen.
Software-wise though, they did give it a little upgrade! You get a whole new collection of widgets to play with, and you can even stack a few on top of each other. It's definitely a step forward, but still feels a tad limited. &nbsp;Moreover, Samsung only lets you use four apps on the outer screen - &nbsp;Maps, Messages, Netflix, and YouTube.&nbsp;
That's not exactly a buffet of choices and you gotta use this app called GoodLock to unlock other apps.&nbsp; Once it's set up, it's fun to use other apps on the tiny screen, but the setup itself can be a bit of a hassle.&nbsp;
<h3>Galaxy Z Flip 6 Software</h3>
Now that we are on the subject of software, the Galaxy Z Flip 6 is running Samsung&rsquo;s One UI 6.1.1 on top of Android 14. If you&rsquo;ve used a recent Galaxy phone, the look and feel will be pretty familiar.
This year&rsquo;s flip phone comes packed with the same Galaxy AI features introduced with the S24 series earlier this year, like Circle to Search, Instant Slow-Mo, Generative Edit, and more. But Samsung didn't stop there. They've added some new AI features just for their latest foldable phones.
For example, the new Photo Assist feature lets you turn your selfies and photos into drawings, sketches, and 3D models using generative AI. It's a fun gimmick, but I don't think it&rsquo;ll get used much. On the other hand, I found the Interpreter Mode super handy. Like the Galaxy S24, it does real-time translation between two people speaking different languages.
The Flip 6 takes it a step further with its FlexWindow display. When the phone is half-folded, both parties can see the translation on their screens, making the whole thing way more practical and user-friendly. But the best part about the software is its longevity. The fact that Samsung offers seven years of OS and security updates is simply amazing. &nbsp;
<h3>Galaxy Z Flip 6 Performance&nbsp;</h3>
Now, let's talk about performance. The Galaxy Z Flip 6 is powered by &nbsp;the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset &mdash; the exact same one you get in the Galaxy S24 Ultra. Benchmark results confirmed my initial impressions: the Galaxy Z Flip 6 is a &nbsp;mini powerhouse.
It scored 6,210 points in Geekbench's multi-core test and 2,160 points in the single-core test. That's a nice bump compared to the Z Flip 5, which scored 5,291 and 2,045 respectively. In 3D Mark's Wild Life Extreme, the Z Flip 6 also outperformed the Flip 5 by a good margin.&nbsp;
By the way, the Flip 6 gets a built-in vapour chamber cooling system, a first for any Samsung Flip phone. This definitely helps prevent the phone from throttling under sustained loads, which is impressive considering how small and thin this foldable phone is. While it did get a bit warm when gaming, it wasn't anything to worry about.
The Flip 6 also handles multitasking like a champ. It can juggle three apps simultaneously without any major issues. I'm also happy to see that the base model now comes with &nbsp;256GB of storage and 12GB of RAM which is a welcome increase from the 8GB of RAM on the Flip 5.
<h3>Galaxy Z Flip 6 Camera</h3>

Camera-wise, the star of the show is the new 50-megapixel primary camera&mdash;the same one you get on the Galaxy S24 and S24 Plus. It's teamed up with a 12MP ultrawide camera that has an upgraded sensor and a 123-degree field of view, plus a 10MP selfie camera on the inner display.
Photos from the main camera are sharp and detailed, with a good dynamic range, though some textures like leaves can appear overly sharp. The 2x in-sensor zoom works well in bright light, and the digital zoom up to 10x isn't too bad either.
Night photography is also good, thanks to the larger main sensor that captures more light. However, like previous Samsung phones, the Z Flip 6 can struggle a bit with moving subjects and sometimes the colours, especially bright blues, can be a bit too vibrant.
The ultrawide camera is great for capturing landscapes, delivering nice shots without too much distortion, and its colours are consistent with the main camera.
Video recording is strong as well, with effective stabilization for handheld shooting. The 10MP selfie camera does a great job with portraits, but you can take even better selfies using the main camera and the cover screen as a viewfinder.
Overall, the camera setup on the Z Flip 6 is pretty good but it's also not a drastic improvement over the Flip 5 despite the bigger main sensor.&nbsp;
<h3>Galaxy Z Flip 6 Battery &amp; Charging</h3>
Finally, let's talk about endurance! The Flip 6 comes with a 4,000 mAh battery, the largest Samsung has ever included in a Z Flip. While it still falls into the "one-day phone" category like its predecessor, the larger capacity translates to a more comfortable daily experience.&nbsp;
I typically ended the day with around 25% battery left, but your mileage may vary depending on how you use your phone.&nbsp; Unfortunately, the charging speeds haven&rsquo;t seen any upgrades. You&rsquo;re still getting 25-watt wired charging, 15W wireless charging, and 4.5W reverse wireless charging.
<h3>Galaxy Z Flip 6 Review: Verdict</h3>
So, that's pretty much it for the Galaxy Z Flip 6, which feels like a refined version of an already great phone. You get a more durable design, &nbsp;better cameras, faster performance, and a slightly bigger battery. It's easily the best flip foldable Samsung has released so far, but it's also not a major upgrade over its predecessor.&nbsp;
If you're using a Flip 5 and it's still serving you well, you might be happy sticking with it. There's no pressure to jump ship. However, if you do decide to switch, make sure to look out for some great trade-in deals for your Flip 5. It can make the upgrade a bit more affordable.

iQOO 13 Review ft. Comparison with Realme GT 7 Pro!

It&rsquo;s that time of year again: a brand-new flagship chipset, and two hot new phones vying for your attention.
On one side, we have the iQOO 13, and on the other, the Realme GT 7 Pro. If you want to experience the new Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, these two are your best bets.&nbsp;
More importantly, both these phones are priced under ₹60,000, in fact, the iQOO can be purchased for as low as ₹51,999 with launch offers.
So, should you buy one of these, or maybe wait for something else? Let&rsquo;s find out!
iQOO 13 vs Realme GT 7 Pro: Design
Both the iQOO 13 and Realme GT 7 Pro have a nice glass sandwich design with an aluminium frame.
However, I find the Realme GT 7 Pro to have a more premium feel. It feels weightier in hand and features a matte frame that resists fingerprints better than the glossy finish on the iQOO 13.
The back of the iQOO 13 is undeniably cool with its matte ivory Legend colour and subtle BMW M-inspired strips. You&rsquo;d also notice this LED RGB ring around the camera island, which is fully customisable and adds some character to this phone.&nbsp;
Although this LED ring surrounds a downgraded camera system, which I&rsquo;ll talk about in a while.
Anyway, I still prefer the Realme&rsquo;s brushed metal texture on this grey colour: it just looks more upscale. Although the Realme&rsquo;s matte back does show fingerprints, its overall design edges out the iQOO for me.
Both smartphones are also decently robust with an IP69 rating and credible glass protections for their displays.
Both smartphones also feature quick ultrasonic fingerprint readers. I&rsquo;m glad that ultrasonic scanners are finally going mainstream 5 long years after their original debut in the Galaxy S10 series.
iQOO 13 vs Realme GT 7 Pro: Performance, Benchmarks &amp; Software
Okay, since performance without breaking the bank is the main mantra of these two phones, let&rsquo;s have a look at their benchmark scores.&nbsp;

The iQOO 13 takes the lead with higher scores in AnTuTu and Geekbench. However, it scored surprisingly low in the Wildlife Extreme stress test, which is likely due to optimisation issues.&nbsp;
Although in practical terms, performance gains since the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 are hard to notice. At this point, a new flagship chip is mostly about boasting your high score on Antutu, because even a two year old 8 Gen 2 can play demanding games with ease. &nbsp;
And, when it comes to all the AI features, they still rely on an internet connection. So, it leaves me wondering, what are these powerful NPUs actually doing?
Anyway, in everyday use, both phones perform superbly. They handle heavy games without breaking a sweat, even during extended sessions. Both manage heat pretty well, although the iQOO 13 remained slightly cooler after a 30 minute BGMI session.&nbsp;
Both models also offer frame rate interpolation. The Realme can boost frame rates up to 120fps, while the iQOO has a dedicated Q2 chip that enhances gaming up to 144fps and optimises power efficiency. Do note that only a few games support frame rate interpolation.
Despite having the same chipset and 16GB of RAM, the iQOO 13 feels faster and smoother thanks to better software optimisation. Apps open swiftly on it and multitasking is seamless as well.&nbsp;
Realme, on the other hand, has cleaner software with fewer preinstalled apps. It doesn&rsquo;t bombard you with spammy notifications like the iQOO&rsquo;s V-App Store.&nbsp;
Both phones include the Glance lock screen, which feels out of place on premium devices.
You can disable all of these things on both phones, but cleaning up the iQOO will definitely require more time.
The iQOO 13 fights back with a longer software update cycle of 4+5 years compared to Realme&rsquo;s 3+4 years.&nbsp;
As mentioned before, AI features are present on both phones as long as you are connected to the internet. Realme&rsquo;s AI suite is more organised and user-friendly. It offers more features, though it still doesn&rsquo;t match the comprehensiveness of Samsung&rsquo;s AI tools.
iQOO 13 vs Realme GT 7 Pro: Cameras
After performance, now let's tackle the second most important question about these phones: are their cameras any good?
In my recent full review of the GT 7 Pro, I found its cameras to be pretty good, but not quite flagship grade.&nbsp;
So, given how good the iQOO 12&rsquo;s cameras were, can we take the liberty of assuming that iQOO 13 has a great camera system too. Sadly, not quite.
The camera sensors have changed on the iQOO 13, and they are a bit of a downgrade, especially that telephoto lens which now has an inferior sensor and no periscope system.

The main camera is pretty equally matched on both phones in terms of detail, but realme can be a little inconsistent. For example, in this challenging shot, Realme struggled a bit with dynamic range, and in this second shot, it added a greenish tone to the ambience which wasn't there.
Night mode definitely goes into iQOO&rsquo;s favour because of its better detail and focus, but its tendency to make the night sky blue can be annoying for some.
Both phones take detailed videos but suffer from EIS jitter. iQOO however, performs much better in tricky scenarios.
Telephoto cameras are where things get interesting, because the downgrade on the iQOO 13 versus iQOO 12 is pretty hard to ignore. In fact, in portrait shots it sometimes struggled to focus on the person, which is quite surprising for a Vivo phone.&nbsp;
The iQOO 13 definitely processes light flares better than the GT 7 Pro, but none of the phones were particularly consistent with skin tones.&nbsp;
Also, since there&rsquo;s no periscope on the iQOO 13, its long range zoom is limited to just 30x.&nbsp;
Telephoto footage from both smartphones is not particularly stable, but it is detailed with good dynamic range.
When it comes to ultrawide, the iQOO has a clear advantage with its higher resolution camera. It takes better photos in the day as well as low light. Plus it can also shoot good videos at 4K 60fps, whereas the Realme is capped at 1080p 30fps.&nbsp;
Coming to selfies, the Realme has a 16MP front sensor while the iQOO has a 32MP sensor. I am not particularly fond of any of these cameras, because Realme oversharpened and brightness up every photo, whereas the iQOO does not get the skin tones right.
All things considered, the iQOO 13 still has the better camera system of these two phones. But sadly, the punch above its price magic of the iQOO 12 is just gone. So if a camera phone in this price range is what you want, try grabbing an iQOO 12 while you still can.&nbsp;
iQOO 13 vs Realme GT 7 Pro: Display
Display is one criteria where these two smartphones are pretty different to be honest.&nbsp;
At a glance, both displays are high-end: Realme shines with peak brightness, while iQOO offers a higher refresh rate.&nbsp;
However, the GT 7 Pro&rsquo;s display has peculiar colour reproduction. It just shows bluish tones across all profiles. iQOO&rsquo;s display, on the other hand, stays fairly neutral.
Realme's cooler tones is not an issue in isolation, but its tendency to exaggerate blues becomes obvious when compared to the iQOO.
iQOO 13 vs Realme GT 7 Pro: Battery Life &amp; Charging
Finally, there&rsquo;s battery life and charging. Charging is industry-leading with both phones supporting 120W wired charging and coming with a bundled adapter. But wireless charging is sadly missing on both phones.
Anyway, with or without wireless charging, battery life is pretty amazing on both smartphones. Realme&rsquo;s 5,800mAh and iQOO&rsquo;s 6,000mAh cells will easily give you 9+ hours of screen time with mixed use.
Even with an hour of gaming and about 3-4 hours of watching videos, the screen time hovered around the 7 hour mark on both, which is pretty brilliant.&nbsp;
iQOO 13 vs Realme GT 7 Pro: Verdict
Ultimately, if you want a high-end gaming phone that plays high end titles without dropping frames or heating up, both of these are fantastic options.&nbsp;
However, there is always just one winner, and in this case, it's the iQOO 13. It offers long software support and slightly better cameras than the Realme, but more importantly, it is cheaper by ₹5,000.&nbsp;
Although, knowing Realme, do keep an eye on the GT 7 Pro&rsquo;s price during the New Year sale season.&nbsp;

Realme is back in the flagship game with the new GT 7 Pro. This is the most premium Realme smartphone to launch in India, starting at ₹59,999 for the base 12GB+256GB variant.
It is also the first Snapdragon 8 Elite-powered phone in India. So, is this also the best premium Android smartphone? Let's find out!
Realme GT 7 Pro Performance
Since this is the first smartphone with the &nbsp;Snapdragon 8 Elite, let&rsquo;s talk about its raw performance.&nbsp;
I began with AnTuTu, where I was hoping to see that 3 million mark.
But, the GT 7 Pro scored 2.62 million, which is still approximately 24% better than the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3's peak of 2.1 million.
It surprisingly scored a bit less with the performance-focused GT mode enabled. Also, enabling GT mode did reduce the battery life, without adding much to the performance, so I suggest keeping it disabled.&nbsp;
For GPU performance, the 3DMark Wildlife Extreme benchmark resulted in a peak score of 5893, which is lesser than the Dimensity 9400&rsquo;s best score. However, the stability rating of the GT 7 Pro was quite impressive.&nbsp;
In a 30-minute BGMI gaming session at 90fps with &lsquo;Smooth&rsquo; graphics, the phone showed no frame drops or overheating. It also ran smoothly at 40fps with &lsquo;Ultra HDR&rsquo; graphics.&nbsp;
You also get frame rate interpolation which artificially boosts the game frame rate to up to 120fps and it works quite well.
Interestingly, while this phone did get quite hot during benchmark tests, it maintained respectable temperatures while gaming. So, thermal throttling shouldn't be much of an issue here.
Realme GT 7 Pro Design
Now, moving on to the design, the GT 7 Pro sports a fresh, bold look that I really like. The squarish camera island with its extended border, and subtle copper accent gives a distinctive look to this smartphone.
Then, this Galaxy Grey colourway of our review unit has a brushed metal texture and a matt finish which looks great. But, if you love bold and vibrant colours, the available Mars Orange option could be perfect for you.&nbsp;
The premium feel of the metal frame and glass back gives this smartphone a top-notch in-hand experience.&nbsp;
Realme GT 7 Pro Battery &amp; Charging
This smartphone has a nice weighty feel to it, partly due to its high quality construction, and partly due to its big 5800mAh battery.&nbsp;
This is a silicon carbide battery with higher energy density than lithium ones, allowing for either a smaller battery with the same capacity or a larger capacity in the same size.
Therefore, the Realme GT 7 Pro packs stays decently slim at 8.55mm despite packing a big battery.
However, the Chinese unit of this smartphone has a 6,500mAh battery. Realme claims that they downsized the battery on the India unit due to regulatory issues, but still a difference of 700mAh is quite significant.&nbsp;
Still, 5800mAh is quite big by any standard so, a 9-hour+ screen time with mixed use can easily be achieved on this smartphone.&nbsp;
Plus, you still get that quick 120W fast charger in the box. It can fully charge this battery from 0-100 in around half an hour.
However, wireless charging is notably absent here, and it's an essential flagship feature that Realme shouldn't have skipped.
Realme GT 7 Pro Display &amp; Utility
Good looks and big battery aside, the GT 7 Pro also gets the added durability with an IP69 rating and Gorilla Glass 7i protection for its display.
Then, it gets an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner which worked quite well in my experience.
Talking of the display, it's a Samsung-made 6.78-inch LTPO OLED with a 120Hz refresh rate. It has a 120% DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage and delivers an astonishing peak brightness of 6500 nits when viewing HDR content.
But, in practical use, its 2000 nits brightness in high brightness mode still ensures it remains brilliantly visible, even in direct sunlight.
In case you haven&rsquo;t already noticed, this display is not fully flat: it is micro curved on all 4 edges. This is a trend that we&rsquo;re gonna see on a lot of Chinese flagship phones this year, and frankly, I&rsquo;m not a big fan of it.&nbsp;
You see, traditional curved displays, despite being less practical, offer a premium look. On the other hand, fully flat displays prioritise practicality. These micro curves seem like an unnecessary addition which doesn't add much aesthetic or practical value to a smartphone.&nbsp;
Realme GT 7 Pro Software &amp; AI
Coming to software, you get Realme UI 6 here, which, like always, is quite feature rich and works really well on this phone thanks to 16GB of RAM on my test unit. Bloatware has thankfully been kept in check on this phone, but the Glance lock screen still remains.&nbsp;
Realme has enhanced this phone&rsquo;s software with a powerful AI suite, particularly for photo editing. There's also a new Samsung-like draw-to-image AI generator, but it's limited to 10 generations per day.
However, most of these AI features will not work without an internet connection.&nbsp;
I mean, what's the point of boasting about the latest and greatest chipset with powerful neural processors if everything is being processed online?
Anyway, the GT 7 Pro will get 3 OS updates and 4 security updates. Qulacomm is officially supporting the Snapdragon 8 Elite for 8 years, so Realme really needs to work on its update policy in this competitive market.
Realme GT 7 Pro Cameras
Finally, lets talk about those cameras. The GT 7 Pro packs 3 lenses at the back: a 50MP main, a 50MP 3x telephoto, and an 8MP ultrawide.&nbsp;

I really like how images from all sensors remain colour matched with true to life colours. I also found the photos taken by the main camera to be quite impressive with a good amount of detail and dynamic range. Nightime photos are fine but not quite flagship grade because of muted shadows.&nbsp;
Videos from the main sensor are not very impressive since the 4K 60fps footage is not stable enough, while 4K 30fps clips have a lot of noise. You can shoot 8K 24fps footage from this camera too, but I won&rsquo;t recommend it.&nbsp;
The 50MP telephoto camera takes great portraits with nice bokeh drop off and accurate edge detection. But portraits come great only if there is ample light.&nbsp;
This sensor does not work in low light, which is typically a mid-range phone behaviour, and it should be fixed via an update. It also occasionally struggles with focusing on the subject. &nbsp;&nbsp;
The ultrawide is pretty good by 8MP sensor standards, as long as you give it enough light.
The 16MP front camera does a fine job by producing accurate skin tones and good dynamic range.&nbsp;

And there you have it, the Realme GT 7 Pro. It strikes a fine balance between performance, display quality, battery life, and design, making it an excellent choice for those who want a powerful phone without breaking the bank.&nbsp;
But, if you&rsquo;re specifically looking for a camera phone, you may need to look elsewhere as its cameras, while solid, don't quite reach flagship levels.
Still, Realme has crafted a surprisingly premium package with the GT 7 Pro, marking a great comeback in the flagship game.

The list of hardware it packs is long enough to send shivers down the spine of any competition.&nbsp;
But there are three things that really stood out to me&mdash;cameras, performance, and battery.&nbsp;
Look, the race to build the ultimate smartphone camera is fiercer than ever, but honestly, the Find X8 Pro feels like it&rsquo;s already claimed the crown.&nbsp;
This phone packs four 50MP cameras on the back. And if that&rsquo;s not crazy enough, two of them are telephoto lenses offering 3x and 6x optical zoom.&nbsp;
The main camera is a 1/1.4" Sony LYT 808 sensor and the ultrawide camera boasts a 120-degree field of view.&nbsp;
This ultrawide lens is the only one without OIS, but it makes up for it with autofocus, making it versatile for both landscape and macro photography.&nbsp;
This time, they&rsquo;ve introduced the new Hasselblad Master Camera System, which they claim takes photography to an entirely new level&mdash;and honestly, I agree.&nbsp;

The results are fantastic, with excellent dynamic range, balanced exposure, and accurate colours. That large sensor on the main camera also shines in low-light conditions, capturing beautiful shots often without even needing night mode.
But it's the telephoto shots that are truly noteworthy, delivering exceptional detail at 3x and 6x zoom . But Oppo is also offering something called AI Telescope Zoom that kicks in at 10x zoom and beyond.
It leverages the full 50MP telephoto camera to restore lost detail using AI. At 60x, when the data is limited, it uses advanced AI models to enhance the image. Just look at the details on the pigeon&rsquo;s wings &ndash; that&rsquo;s pretty insane!
Another advantage of having powerful telephoto lenses like these is that you get amazing portraits.
The phone automatically uses the 3x lens for portraits, but you can also switch to the 6x lens or even the main camera. By the way, all four lenses can shoot 4K video at 60fps in Dolby Vision, offering better dynamic range across the board.
There&rsquo;s also a 32MP camera up front, and it does a decent job with selfies&mdash;nothing groundbreaking, but it gets the job done.
The Find X8 Pro introduces a new hardware button, similar to the iPhone 16's Camera Control Button. It&rsquo;s pressure-sensitive and lets you take photos and zoom in and out of shots. I actually found it more intuitive than the one on the iPhone 16, but I never really felt the need to use it much.
On the whole, the Find X8 Pro is a fantastic package, and I have to say, it&rsquo;s easily one of the best camera phones available right now.
Anyway, enough about cameras, because the other big highlight is the new Dimensity 9400 flagship chipset.&nbsp;
The Find X8 Pro is the first phone in India to feature this processor, so of course, I had to run some benchmarks.&nbsp;
And to make things more interesting, I compared it with the extremely powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite on the Realme GT 7 Pro, which also happens to be the first phone in India to run on that processor.
In AnTuTu, the Find X8 Pro scored an impressive 2.31 million, but it was still a bit lower than the Realme GT 7 Pro&rsquo;s 2.62 million.
However, the Find X8 Pro offers better GPU performance, with a higher peak score of 6,465 in the 3DMark Wildlife Extreme benchmark. The GT 7 Pro, though, had a better stability rating of 71.7%.
Now, while this phone did get a bit hot during benchmark tests, it maintained respectable temperatures while gaming, and I managed to get stable frame rates without any jitter.
With 16GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of storage on tap, day-to-day performance was consistently smooth, whether I was multitasking or running demanding apps.
The other big upgrade for the Find X8 Pro is its larger battery capacity, made possible by Oppo's shift to silicon-carbon batteries from traditional lithium ones.&nbsp;
This new battery technology allows for significantly larger capacity without increasing the physical size, giving the phone better endurance while maintaining a sleek form factor.
And that's why, the Find X8 Pro packs a massive 5,910mAh battery while staying decently slim at just 8.24mm. It easily lasted more than a day on a single charge, so battery anxiety wasn&rsquo;t an issue.&nbsp;
That said, I wasn&rsquo;t all that impressed with the charging speeds.
It supports 80W fast charging with a charger included in the box, and you also get 50W wireless charging, but in my testing, it took 30 minutes to charge from 1 to 50 percent. While that&rsquo;s fine, I think Oppo should have included at least a 100W charger to top up the bigger battery a bit faster.
Elsewhere, the Find X8 Pro is every bit a flagship device.&nbsp;
It features a stunning 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and an incredible 4,500 nits peak brightness, making it one of the brightest displays on the market.
The phone also boasts an IP69 rating for top-tier dust and water resistance, excellent stereo speakers that deliver immersive audio, and the latest ColorOS 15 based on Android 15, which brings refreshed visuals and some genuinely useful AI features.
But like I said at the very start&mdash;cameras, performance, and battery&mdash;these are the three pillars that make the Oppo Find X8 Pro a top contender in its price range.&nbsp;

The Realme GT 7 Pro is India&rsquo;s first phone powered by the new Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, which promised massive performance upgrades over the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.&nbsp;
I know you've probably got a lot of questions about this powerhouse of a chip.
How much does it score on AnTuTu? Does it stay cool under pressure? How does it handle gaming and is it significantly better than the previous Snapdragon 8 Gen 3?&nbsp;
To start, let&rsquo;s break down what makes this chipset special. It&rsquo;s called the Snapdragon 8 Elite because it now incorporates eight Orion cores, with two clocked at a blazing 4.32 GHz and six at 3.53 GHz.&nbsp;
This upgrade pushes the clock speeds well beyond what we saw in the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and even Apple's latest A18 Pro chip in their new iPhones.
Plus, Realme has upgraded the GPU and introduced a new AI engine with the Snapdragon 8 Elite on the GT 7 Pro.&nbsp;
On paper, this makes it one of the most powerful setups out there. But let&rsquo;s see how it actually performs in benchmarks.&nbsp;
<h3>Realme GT 7 Pro AnTutu Score</h3>
We started with the AnTuTu test, where I was hoping it would hit that 3 million mark as per reports.&nbsp;
It came close, scoring 2.62 million with the GT mode disabled, and surprisingly, a lower 2.58 million with the GT mode enabled.&nbsp;
This still marks a 20-24% leap over last year&rsquo;s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, which hit a peak of around 2.1 million on the iQOO 12.
<h3>Realme GT 7 Pro Geekbench Score</h3>
On the Geekbench CPU test, the Snapdragon 8 Elite flexes its power, achieving 2932 points in single-core and a whopping 9043 in multi-core tests. For GPU performance, it stands strong with an impressive 16807 on the OpenCL score.
To check its sustained performance, I ran a CPU throttling test on the Realme GT 7 Pro.&nbsp;
Over a 15-minute, 20-thread test, the phone throttled down to about 74%.&nbsp;

With the CPU benchmarks done, let&rsquo;s dive into the GPU performance and see how the new upgrades stack up.&nbsp;
In Geekbench, the scores show clear improvement over the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 in both OpenCL and Vulkan tests, which is promising.
<h3>Realme GT 7 Pro 3DMark Score</h3>
But for a real GPU workout, I turned to 3DMark's Wildlife Extreme benchmark, which runs for 20 minutes to test sustained graphics power.&nbsp;
Here, the Snapdragon 8 Elite scored an impressive 5893&mdash;a noticeable upgrade over the 8 Gen 3. The GT 7 Pro achieved a stability rating of 71.7% in this test.
During these tests, temperatures did spike, reaching the 45-degree Celsius mark. While this wasn&rsquo;t uncomfortable, I believe the GT 7 Pro can stay cooler with better software optimisations in the final production version.&nbsp;
These improvements could enhance the overall user experience and maintain optimal performance.
<h3>Realme GT 7 Pro BGMI Test</h3>
The Snapdragon 8 Elite shows promise as a solid upgrade, but the real test is in gaming. I put it to the test with BGMI, everyone's favourite.
In a 30-minute session at 90fps and &lsquo;Smooth&rsquo; graphics settings, the phone performed flawlessly&mdash;no frame drops or overheating.&nbsp;
Additionally, BGMI also runs smoothly at 40fps with &lsquo;Ultra HDR&rsquo; graphics.&nbsp;
Overall, for gaming, the Realme GT 7 Pro delivers.&nbsp;
Outside of gaming and benchmarks, the phone also feels exceptionally smooth in everyday use.&nbsp;

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra is a super premium Android tablet with a massive AMOLED display that can put many laptops to shame.
But with a starting price of ₹1,08,999, you have to wonder who it is really designed for?
<h3>Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra Design</h3>
Samsung has kept the overall look and feel of this device consistent with its previous Ultra tablets.
Dimensions and Weight: It&rsquo;s slightly slimmer this time around at 5.4mm, which makes it impressively sleek. But it still weighs well over 700g, so yeah, it is quite a unit for handheld use.&nbsp;
Build: Samsung has also upgraded the build with Enhanced Armor Aluminium, which they claim is 10% stronger and more resistant to scratches.
This Platinum Silver colour on my test device looks quite subtle and professional, But I&rsquo;m not a fan of these white highlights on it.&nbsp;
<h3>Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra Display &amp; Utility</h3>
Up front, you&rsquo;ll notice the Ultra&rsquo;s standout feature - this display notch. Even after three generations, I still can&rsquo;t quite justify its presence.
Samsung could have easily hidden this notch by slightly thickening the bezels, which might have been a better choice. You see, thin bezels sound appealing on paper but in reality, they make it hard to hold a large tablet like this without your fingers accidentally touching or blocking the screen.

The S10 Ultra is also IP68 water and dust resistant, which is something you don&rsquo;t find very often on tablets.
The S Pen makes a comeback and like always, it is bundled at no extra cost. As always, it is a fantastic tool for taking notes, and drawing stuff.
I&rsquo;m not a professional artist, so I can&rsquo;t speak to its effectiveness for serious digital art. However, for the occasional doodling I do, it offers a satisfying pen-to-paper feel.
However, I wish there was a better storage solution for the pen, as attaching it to the back means it can get dislodged unless and until it&rsquo;s secured inside a cover. And yes, a cover is essential for this tablet given its colossal footprint.&nbsp;
Display: The Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra&rsquo;s display is its star feature. It is a 14.6-inch AMOLED panel with a 16:10 aspect ratio, making it perfect for movie buffs.&nbsp;
The screen delivers vibrant colours and has a peak brightness of 930 nits, which means that it handles HDR content really well. The 120Hz LTPO refresh rate can drop down to 1Hz to save battery, making interactions feel smooth and responsive.&nbsp;
It also gets an anti-reflective coating just like the S24 Ultra, and it works well in bright environments, reflecting only 2% of light.&nbsp;
Sound: The stereo speakers on the S10 Ultra are quite loud with a good amount of depth and bass production. It makes watching content a joy.&nbsp;
Sensors: For biometrics, this tablet includes an in-display fingerprint scanner which is fast, but might be awkward to use for some given its placement.&nbsp;
<h3>Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra Performance &amp; Software</h3>
Chipset: The Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra is powered by MediaTek&rsquo;s Dimensity 9300+ chipset, which is quite surprising, as most of Samsung's high-end devices typically use either Snapdragon or Exynos chips.
Since the Dimensity 9300+ is a flagship-grade chip, it's no surprise that it absolutely crushes through benchmarks.&nbsp;
It is also a fantastic option for mobile gaming, given you have a compatible controller. Let&rsquo;s be honest, using touch controls on such a large display is quite cumbersome.
I also edited a few videos on it, and the experience was pretty smooth with negligible throttling.
Storage Options: Its 12GB of standard RAM certainly helps keep things smooth. In India, you get 256 or 512GB of storage options, but the 1TB variant hasn&rsquo;t been launched here.&nbsp;
AI Features: The Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra also includes the latest Galaxy AI suite. So, you get a wide range of smart features like photo editing tools, transcription tools, and more. While some of these features might be niche, most of them are quite handy to have.
Plus this big display along with S-Pen makes using many of these AI features a lot more intuitive.
Operating System: The tablet operates on Samsung&rsquo;s OneUI 6 layered over Android 14, which is generally well-optimised. However, do note that the app experience on Android tablets is still behind what iPad OS offers.
Update Support: Samsung promises seven years of software updates and security patches on the S10 Ultra, which is great to have on a tablet since you won&rsquo;t change it every two years.
More importantly, this tablet supports DeX, for a desktop-like interface. So, you can open apps in resizable windows like you&rsquo;d on a PC, making your workflow a lot easier.&nbsp;
But then again, a keyboard case is absolutely necessary to fully unlock the capabilities of this tab. Unfortunately, Samsung did not supply me with one for this review.&nbsp;
<h3>Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra Cameras</h3>
The Tab S10 Ultra features a 13MP and 8MP setup on the back and dual 12MP cameras on the front, one of which one has a wider field of view. The focus here is clearly on video calls rather than photography.
They&rsquo;re decent for documenting photos, but don&rsquo;t expect the quality to match any of Samsung&rsquo;s premium smartphones.
<h3>Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra Battery &amp; Charging</h3>
The Tab S10 Ultra comes with an 11,200mAh battery, and Samsung claims that it can last up to 18 hours on a single charge.
In my use, the tablet easily lasted for around 3 days, which included me watching Youtube, gaming, browsing the web and running a few benchmarks. Do remember that enabling DeX eats more battery.&nbsp;
However, charging this thing takes a while. It only supports up to 45W of wired charging, and there&rsquo;s no charger in the box. With a standard 25W Samsung charger I had with me, this thing took around 2.5 hours for a full recharge.
<h3>Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra Review</h3>
If you've made it to the end of this review, you&rsquo;re already aware that this isn&rsquo;t an upgrade meant for current Tab S8 Ultra or S9 Ultra users, as the improvements are only incremental.
However, if you're considering buying this as your first Ultra tablet, remember that it&rsquo;s a luxury. You do not need it, you just want it.&nbsp;
Ultimately, you probably already know if this tablet is for you. If it is, it&rsquo;ll be a sleek conversation piece and a dependable companion for the next seven years.&nbsp;

The Sony WF-C510 earbuds stand out with their unique stubby charging case. Unlike most true wireless earbuds, the case is compact, although not the slimmest around.
The earbuds themselves feature a stemless design, making them perfect for those who dislike the look of AirPods clones. This design choice helps the Sony WF-C510 appear distinct and subtle, catering to users who prefer a low-profile aesthetic.&nbsp;
The matte finish ensures that the earbuds don&rsquo;t attract fingerprints, keeping them looking clean and polished.
Sony has done well to make the WF-C510 comfortable for extended wear. The ear tips come in different sizes, allowing for a good seal in the ear canal. The earbuds are also lightweight, so you can wear them for long periods without feeling any discomfort.
With an IPX4 rating, these earbuds are resistant to sweat and light rain, making them suitable for workouts or outdoor use. However, they are not waterproof, so they should be kept away from swimming pools and showers.

Controlling the WF-C510 is straightforward. Each earbud has a clicky button that can be used for play/pause, track skipping, or activating voice assistants. The controls are responsive and easy to use. However, some users may prefer touch-sensitive controls for a sleeker feel.

Okay, so Apple&rsquo;s iPhone 16 lineup is out, and while everyone&rsquo;s eyes are on the Pro Max, I&rsquo;ve got two real contenders here that deserve the spotlight&mdash;iPhone 16 Plus and iPhone 16 Pro.&nbsp;
The Plus starts at ₹89,900, while the Pro kicks off at ₹1,19,900&mdash;so yeah, that&rsquo;s a ₹30,000 difference.
Both models come with &nbsp;the Camera Button, Action Button, Dynamic Island, and the same iOS 18 experience, so you might be wondering, what sets them apart? &nbsp;
Let's start with design. It is subjective, but you can easily spot the fancier iPhone here. You see, the Plus has an aluminium frame, while the Pro is all about titanium&mdash;stronger, lighter, and more premium. Size-wise, the Plus is bigger at 6.7 inches versus the Pro&rsquo;s 6.3 inches, but both weigh about the same.&nbsp;
If you want a bigger screen, go Plus. If you want that luxury feel, the Pro wins. As always, the iPhone 16 lineup comes in some fun, punchy colours, while the Pro sticks to its usual neutral shades. But seriously, this new Ultramarine finish on the iPhone 16 Plus looks amazing!
Alright, next up, let&rsquo;s talk about these screens. Both of them are OLED, both have insane brightness levels, and both are gorgeous to look at. But there&rsquo;s a major difference in the refresh rates. The iPhone 16 Plus is locked at 60Hz, while the Pro brings Apple&rsquo;s ProMotion with its 120Hz refresh rate. Once you experience that silky-smooth scrolling and animations on the Pro, it&rsquo;s hard to go back.&nbsp;
The Plus isn&rsquo;t bad, but it's high time Apple bumps up the refresh rate on its non-Pro models.&nbsp;
Now, performance is where things get interesting. The 16 Plus is powered by the A18 chip, but the Pro&rsquo;s got a little extra. It runs on the A18 Pro chip, which adds a sixth GPU core.
