The Delhi Development Authority is offering its Middle Income Group (MIG) flats in Narela’s Sector A1 to A4 at a discounted rate.

Discounted Rate

As per the discounted rate, general public can avail a 15% discount, while employees of central government, state government, and government autonomous bodies will be offered a 25% discount on these flats.

The DDA has also announced that it will allow non-governmental legal entities to purchase its properties in bulk. By this, any private entity with a registered office in Delhi-NCR can purchase flats in bulk. These flats can be used as residential staff quarters or hostels.

“Sector A1-A4 is well connected with its proximity to the GT Karnal Road, Urban Extension Road-II and the proposed Metro line. This incentive scheme will enable the middle class as well as government employees to fulfill their dreams of owning a decent-sized flat in Delhi,” DDA officials said.
