In an exclusive conversation with Editorji, the director of 'Guilty Minds', Shefali Bhushan said that her mantra during the show's promotions was 'equanimity'. She said she was apprehensive during the trailer launch but was happy after receiving a positive response from the critics. Shefali also spoke about dramatically and concisely maintaining the audience's interest. She spoke about grey areas in life besides just black or white.

Sharing her experience, actor Shriya Pilgaonkar said that while her journey was two years of filming, the director and the team worked on it for four years. She said there would be scope for interesting discussions once you watch the series.

Speaking about the show, actor Varun Mitra said that we get so involved in our lives that we don't understand the depth of the cases occurring in and around the world. It hits hard when you study them to speak on behalf of the client. He added that they realized why they were fighting while filming in the courtroom because there were serious and emotional cases. When talking about the show's characters, Varun said that, unlike social media, this show was unfiltered.

For Shreya, 'Guilty Minds' was a transformative journey, whereas, for Varun, it was a major starting point for discovering the flaws he was living with or, more likely, denying.
