The India Story | Author Amish Tripathi on avoiding controversy and India's 'Lord Rama obsession'

Author Amish Tripathi, out with his new book 'War of Lanka', has been writing novels based on reinterpretations of Indian religious myths for a long time.

He sits down with Vikram Chandra to talk about how he is able to dodge controversy in these volatile times, his genuine devotion and belief for the gods and goddesses he writes about, and how India has never been a culture to advocate 'one truth'.

Indians are intuitively predisposed to accepting multiple truths and narratives, he says.

Catch the full conversation with Amish Tripathi, only on editorji.

Watch The India Story with Vikram Chandra, Fridays at 8PM.
