Dilip Kumar's Pali Hill bungalow to be razed to make space for luxurious residential property

Legendary actor Dilip Kumar’s Pali Hill bungalow will will demolished to create space for a luxurious residential property. The late actor family has given permission for the demolition of the bungalow.

The plot is among Mumbai’s most sought-after location. It has an impressive 1.75 lakh square feet of total construction area, distributed across 11 floors.

Dilip Kumar's property has been in legal dispute for years. Saira Banu and Dilip got the keys to the property after a long battle in 2017.

Dilip Kumar has contributed some great films to the Indian cinema. One of the iconic actors, his acting career spanned for almost five decades. According to reports, he had purchased Pali Hill bungalow in 1953 after his initial successes and stayed there for 50 years. The actor died in 2021 at the age of 98.
