Donald Trump Roasts 'The Apprentice' Film; Director Unfazed, Ready for a Lawsuit Showdown!

In the latest chapter of celebrity drama, former President Donald Trump has taken to his Truth Social account to unleash a tirade against the new film "The Apprentice," directed by Ali Abbasi. But what's all the fuss about?

Trump called the film a “cheap, defamatory, and politically disgusting hatchet job.” He claims it’s aimed at damaging his campaign ahead of the 2024 Presidential Election.

He even questioned the filmmakers' right to use the name "The Apprentice," branding them as “human scum” for trying to undermine the “Make America Great Again” movement.

‘A FAKE and CLASSLESS Movie written about me, called, The Apprentice (Do they even have the right to use that name without approval?), will hopefully “bomb.” It’s a cheap, defamatory, and politically disgusting hatchet job, put out right before the 2024 Presidential Election, to try and hurt the Greatest Political Movement in the History of our Country, “MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!” My former wife, Ivana, was a kind and wonderful person, and I had a great relationship with her until the day she died. The writer of this pile of garbage, Gabe Sherman, a lowlife and talentless hack, who has long been widely discredited, knew that, but chose to ignore it. So sad that HUMAN SCUM, like the people involved in this hopefully unsuccessful enterprise, are allowed to say and do whatever they want in order to hurt a Political Movement, which is far bigger than any of us. MAGA2024!,’ he wrote.

But it seems Abbasi isn’t backing down. He confidently stated, “I don't think they have a case. So now I'm back safe in Europe. Now they can bring it on!”

With a grin, he declared he's “not afraid anymore” of a potential lawsuit from the former president.

Star Sebastian Stan, who portrays Trump, shared his excitement about the film’s reception, saying, “A lot of people seem to be responding positively.”

He emphasized how viewers are engaging with the film, regardless of their political views.

‘We're still learning about the movie and how people are going to respond to it. And a lot of people that have seen it have really loved the film, no matter what opinions they had. A lot of people seem to be responding in a positive way, in an open way,’ he said.

"The Apprentice" takes us back to Trump’s rise in New York City’s real estate scene, spotlighting his controversial relationship with the infamous attorney Roy Cohn, played by Jeremy Strong.

As the cinematic battle unfolds, will “The Apprentice” leave a mark on Trump’s legacy, or will it fizzle out as he hopes? One thing’s for sure—the drama surrounding it is far from over!
