Taylor Swift surprises fans by performing ‘Crazier’ from Hannah Montana at Eras Tour in Scotland

Taylor Swift doing away with her ‘no repeats’ rule for the surprise song section of her Eras Tour is turning out to be a blessing for her fans, especially the concertgoers. On June 8, the pop icon performed in Edinburgh, Scotland as part of her superhit tour. Taylor Swift took everyone by surprise as she sang ‘Crazier’ from the soundtrack of ‘The Hannah Montana Movie’.

The iconic track is from 2009 and none of the fans would have expected Taylor to remember the song. It turned into an unforgettable moment for Taylor’s Scotland audience as she performed the song on the piano, as a mash-up with ‘All of the Girls You Loved Before’. “You get extra points if you know this next song at all because it is really, really old,” Swift said in the middle of the mashup before singing the track.

It was Taylor Swift’s second of the three Eras Tour shows in Scotland on Saturday. The 14-time Grammy winner performs two songs or two mashups of songs acoustically on piano and guitar in the surprise song segment during every show of her Eras Tour. The other mashup in Edinburgh included ‘The Bolter’ from ‘The Tortured Poets Department’ and ‘Getaway Car’ from 2017’s ‘Reputation’.

Taylor gets a warm welcome

It is not just Taylor who surprised her fans. The TTPD songstress also received a beautiful surprise earlier in the week when she was welcomed with a bagpipe cover of her 2008 hit ‘Love Story’ at the stadium.

Meanwhile, Taylor Swift is also winning hearts by her sweet gesture during her concert. Amidst her show, the singer paused her performance to help a fan in need. Taylor noticed a distressed fan in the crowd and alerted her security even as she continued playing her guitar.
