India is dancing to the tunes of ‘Naatu Naatu’ from SS Rajamouli’s ‘RRR’ thanks to its win at the Golden Globe awards. The song, composed by MM Keeravani, won The Best Original Song at the event.

The dance track has also been shortlisted in the Original Song category at the 95th Academy Awards, and we're all hoping it bags an Oscar too.

In an interview for NBP podcast, Ram Charan was asked if he would dance on the Oscars stage if ‘Naatu Naatu’ gets nominated. The actor replied, ‘Of course, if they are going to give us an award, why not. We will do it 17 times back again.’

Nominations for the upcoming edition of the Academy Awards will be announced on January 24.

‘Naatu Naatu’ shows Ram Charan and Jr NTR dancing their hearts out in a synchronised way while competing with the Britishers.

During the Golden Globes red carpet appearance, Ram Charan was asked about who got hurt the most in the action sequences. To this he said, ‘My knees still wobble talking about it.’ He further added, ‘it was what it is, it is a beautiful torture and look where it got us! We are standing here, talking to you today on this carpet, thanks to it.’
