COOL FOOD: I drink coconut water and aam panna regularly. They really cool you down. Butter milk and curd are also good.

COMFORT WEAR AND COOL COLOURS: Cotton clothes in pastel colours help me sail through summers.

COOL PLAN: I would like to travel for a vacation to Himachal Pradesh.

COOL FOOD: Since childhood, I have been drinking nimbu paani and barley water to keep myself cool during summers. The advantage of nimbu paani is that you can get it anywhere.

COMFORT WEAR AND COOL COLOURS: I stick to cotton clothes in light colours.

COOL PLAN: Nothing as of now, but there is time to plan something.

COOL FOOD: I drink lots of water, glucose, chaas and lassi. I also try and have an early dinner.

COMFORT WEAR AND COOL COLOURS: In summer, I fill my wardrobe with cotton clothes in light colours.

COOL PLAN: I am planning a trip to Kashmir.

COOL FOOD: I stay hydrated by having a lot of nimbu paani, curd, lassi and chaas. I also carry a lot of fruits in an icebox, especially watermelon, musk melon and oranges.

COMFORT WEAR AND COOL COLOURS: Like everyone else, it’s cotton clothes in light colours for me.

COOL PLAN: I am shooting and have no travelling plans

COMFORT WEAR AND COOL COLOURS: Shorts, cotton T-Shirts and slippers form my dress code.

COOL PLAN: This summer, I am busy shooting, so I will be in Mumbai.
