Ajit Pawar faction locked out of new office, says report | NCP split

The Ajit Pawar faction of the Nationalist Congress Party found itself in an embarrassing situation on July 4.

Ahead of the inauguration of a new party office by Ajit Pawar, his supporters found the venue locked, as per an NDTV report.

Some youth leaders broke the lock on the main door, but after entering, found the doors of the rooms locked as well.

The new office is situated near the state secretariat in Mumbai and was earlier occupied by a loyalist of Uddhav Thackeray.
