Ranuat is comfortably leading by over 71,000 seats against her rival and Congress candidate Vikramaditya Singh.
"I fought this election in the name of Narendra Modi. It is because of his celebrity and guarantee, and the fact that people have faith in him, that we are going to form a government for the third time. BJP is going to form a government at the Centre. And we need your blessings," she said.

Shopkeepers here downed shutters and a mob ransacked the shop of a Muslim trader from Uttar Pradesh&rsquo;s Saharanpur on Wednesday, accusing the man of posting a video of cow slaughter during Eid-ul-Adha.
The local units of Vishva Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal in Sirmaur district&rsquo;s Nahan town also issued an &ldquo;ultimatum&rdquo; to seven Muslim traders who hail from Saharanpur to vacate their shops within 24 hours.
The video at the centre of the controversy was purportedly shot in Saharanpur.
An X user on Wednesday posted a video showing several people ransacking a shop in Nahan, throwing stuff out, mostly books and clothes, while police tried to contain them.
Police told PTI that they had collected the thrown out stuff in bags and put them back inside the shop.
Some local Hindu outfits took out a protest march in the town raising slogans against the alleged killing of the cow, demanding strict action against them.
They also enforced a shutdown of all commercial activities in the town.
The marchers, more than 2,000 residents, passed through the main town and went up to the office of Sirmaur Deputy Commissioner to submit a memorandum of their demands.
On Tuesday evening, hundreds of youths belonging to Hindu outfits came out on roads in protest after the video of the purported cow sacrifice became viral.
Himachal Pradesh BJP chief Rajiv Bindal demanded the police file an FIR against the person who uploaded the video online.
Senior Police Superintendent Raman Kumar Meena said he has received the complaint from some Hindu rights bodies and an enquiry has been ordered in the matter.
Meena appealed to the people to maintain peace and have full faith in the investigating agency.

The faux pas also elicited a response from the former Bihar deputy chief minister.
Addressing a gathering in the Sundernagar area of Himachal Pradesh's Mandi on Friday, Ranaut -- the BJP candidate from the Mandi Lok Sabha seat -- while referring to the INDIA bloc, said the opposition alliance is full of "spoiled princes".
"Bigde hue shehzadon ke ek party hai, chahe woh Rahul Gandhi ho jayen, jinhe chand mein aalo ugane ho; Tejasvi Surya ho jayen, jo apni gunda-gardi karte hai, machli uchal uchal ke khate hai (There is a party of spoiled princes like Rahul Gandhi who wants to grow potatoes on the moon or Tejasvi Surya who does hooliganism and shows off while eating fish)...," she had said, after which several netizens poked fun at her on social media.
Tejasvi Surya is the Bangalore South MP and the party's candidate from the same constituency while Tejashwi Yadav is an RJD leader who recently came under fire from the BJP after he posted a clip in which he is eating fish during the Navratri festival.
He had claimed that the footage was shot before the festivities began.

A case has been lodged against a teacher of a government school in Himachal Pradesh for allegedly forcibly showing a pornographic video to a Class-9 girl and indulging in shameful acts with her, police said on Saturday.
The girl's mother got a complaint lodged against the drawing teacher of the Government High School in Junga, located about 20 km from state capital Shimla, at the Dhalli police station on Friday.
The accused had allegedly asked the student to stay back for extra classes on May 2 and forcibly showed her a video of a naked girl on his phone, besides inappropriately touching her, the complaint said.
A case for attempt to outrage modesty, sexual harassment and assault under sections 354 and 354A of the Indian Penal Code and sections 10 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act has been registered against the accused teacher, police said.
