A 10-year-old with one leg, hopping 1 km every day to go to school. The story of Seema in Bihar's Jamui recently went viral, causing a flurry of help to pour in.

One of Seema's legs was amputated following an accident two years ago. Instead of getting disheartened, the indefatigable Seema continued going to school.

Actor and philanthropist Sonu Sood tweeted that Seema will soon walk to school on two legs, not one. Sood said that he was "sending a ticket" to Seema.

Meanwhile, the local administration took note of Seema's story when it went viral. Jamui's district magistrate visited her and gifted her a tricycle to make travel easier.

Ashok Choudhary, a Bihar minister, said that Seema has already been given help, while others like her will be identified and helped too.

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal also tweeted about Seema, and said that her story made him emotional. The Aam Aadmi Party chief said that all governments have adequate resources to provide good education to all children.
