Several parts of UP have been witnessing long power cuts amid a nationwide coal crisis.

Reports said that Ramleela has been happening in Moradabad's Nagphani area for the last 50 years, and it has not faced power crisis ever. Organisers say that they have been presenting the show since October 4 using a genset.

But on Monday the organisers and cast decided that enough is enough and sat on dharna demanding power supply. Organisers have said that all the donations given to the Ramleela have gone into buying diesel for the genset.
