Mangaluru shocking video: man runs car over 5 on footpath

A shocking video has surfaced on social media in which a speeding car is seen hitting five people on a footpath. This incident took place in Karnataka's Mangaluru on Wednesday.

In the accident, one woman died and four people were seriously injured. The video of the incident is now going viral on the internet in which people were seen walking on a footpath when a speeding car, a Hyundai Eon, driven by Kamalesh Baldev came in and hit the pedestrians.

All of this took place in six seconds and resulted in the death of one person. The other four who were severely injured in the accident are currently admitted to a hospital.

Police have registered a case under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code against Kamalesh Baldev.
