Pakistan Army claims missile from India landed on its territory: 'Probably supersonic missile; unarmed'

Pakistan claimed that a "high-speed object" probably a supersonic, unarmed missile fell on its territory on March 10.

Pakistan Army claimed that the missile originated in India and was detected by its teams initially near Sirsa in Haryana, before the object changed its direction towards Pakistan. It eventually fell near Mia Channu, as per the Pakistani military.

Major General Babar Iftikhar, while addressing a press conference, said that initial information suggested that the object was a supersonic cruise missile.

He put the onus on India to explain what led to the incident, and also claimed that the object had put civilian flights and property on the ground at risk.
