Pariksha Pe Charcha 2025: PM Modi shares key exam tips with students

Insights on Stress Management, Time Management, and Self-Improvement for CBSE Board Exams

New Delhi, February 12 – The eighth edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC 2025) commenced with Prime Minister Narendra Modi engaging in an insightful conversation with students on exam stress, leadership, time management, and self-improvement. This year, PPC 2025 will feature a series of eight episodes, where prominent figures will share their expertise on life and learning.

During the session, PM Modi provided students with valuable strategies to stay calm and stress-free while preparing for the CBSE board exams.

PM Modi’s Exam Tips for Students

1. Knowledge and Exams are Different

PM Modi reminded students that ‘gyan’ (knowledge) and examinations are two different aspects of learning. He urged students not to view exams as the ultimate goal in life but rather as a stepping stone. He encouraged them to explore their passions and manage time effectively.

2. Master Time Management

To enhance productivity, PM Modi advised students to adopt a planned approach to time management, ensuring that they balance study time with relaxation.

3. Practice with Previous Year’s Papers

During his Master Class, PM Modi emphasized the importance of solving previous years’ question papers. He stated that this practice helps in overcoming exam fear and building confidence.

4. Challenge Yourself, Not Others

Encouraging students to focus on self-improvement, PM Modi advised that they should compete with themselves rather than with others. “When we compete with ourselves, we focus on progress. Competing with others does not necessarily help us grow or succeed,” he noted.

5. Stay Focused Amid Pressure

Using the analogy of a batsman in a stadium, he encouraged students to focus solely on the next step rather than being overwhelmed by external pressures. “Like a cricketer ignoring the noise from the stands, students should focus on their studies without stress,” he said.

6. The Importance of Proper Sleep

PM Modi highlighted the significance of adequate rest, stressing that marks do not define a student’s future. He urged them not to compromise on proper sleep, as a healthy mind is essential for effective learning and performance.

A Holistic Approach to Exams

PM Modi’s guidance at Pariksha Pe Charcha 2025 reinforces the importance of exam preparation, self-discipline, and mental well-being. As students gear up for their board exams, these expert tips serve as a roadmap to success, ensuring they stay focused, motivated, and stress-free throughout their academic journey.
