Arvind Kejriwal sits with arms stretched in PM Modi meet; 'Delhi CM mannerless' says BJP

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal came under attack from the BJP on April 27. The party accused Kejriwal of being "mannerless" for his behaviour during a virtual meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The PM had an online interaction with Chief Ministers, during which Kejriwal was seen sitting with his arms behind his head on the chair. BJP said that Kejriwal forgot manners, culture, and his IIT degree as he's high on power.

Former Union health minister Harsh Vardhan said that on one hand PM Modi was making all possible efforts to protect Indians from Covid, while Kejriwal was proving with his behaviour that he doesn't care about people. President of Delhi's BJP unit Adesh Gupta said that Kejriwal showed with his antics that he has no interest in welfare of people of Delhi and India.

The Aam Aadmi Party did not directly respond to the attacks, but did post a tweet saying "Kejriwal Model goes global". The party, which rules Delhi, claimed that Kejriwal's governance model would be shared with the United Nations General Assembly by party leader Atishi.
