PM's 'moorkh' jibe: Rahul rakes Adani, says 'abusive words' means he does something right

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi mirrored a jibe from PM Narendra Modi, who called the Wayanad MP the ‘leader of stupid people.’ Gandhi relied on his ‘Adani’ argument and said he would give the poor as much money as Narendra Modi gives to Indian billionaire Gautam Adani.

Gandhi also accused the PM of using ‘abusive words’ for him while rallying for the election season.

“You can say what you like. You can abuse me as much as you want. Your abuses prove that I am doing the right work,” Gandhi said at a public meeting before the MP elections.

Other senior Congress leaders also slammed PM Modi’s remark. “He has verbally abused the public, verbally abused our leader. PM Modi has become so arrogant that he doesn't consider anyone before him,” Madhya Pradesh CM Bhupesh Baghel said.
