Notably, voting for general elections in India is set to take place from April 19 to June 1 with results to be declared on June 4.

Ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha polls, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has been meeting with MLAs and party leaders in the state. On Tuesday, he convened a significant meeting with Faridkot and Patiala MLAs to discuss preparations for the upcoming elections.

In attendance were MLAs from various constituencies, along with party candidates Karamjit Anmol for the Faridkot Lok Sabha constituency and Dr Balbir Singh for the Patiala constituency.

Notably, voting for general elections in India is set to take place from April 19 to June 1 with results to be declared on June 4.

Punjab will be voting for 13 Lok Sabha seats on June 1, the last phase of the polls.
