Congress Rahul Gandhi is scheduled to appear before the Enforcement Directorate for the fourth time on Monday for questioning in a money laundering case related to the Gandhis-owned National Herald newspaper.

He has already been questioned for more than 30 hours over 3 days last week.

On Monday, June 13 he appeared before the ED for the first time in the case. He was asked to come back for further questioning first on Tuesday and then on Wednesday.

The Congress leader was given a break from interrogation on Thursday owing to his mother and Congress President Sonia Gandhi's health and asked to come back on Friday.

Rahul, however, requested the Enforcement Directorate to postpone the resumption of questioning till June 20th.

All the three days that he was interrogated last week saw massive protests by Congress leaders and workers across India.

Several senior leaders like Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury, KC Venugopal and Randeep Surjewala were detained during the protests.

On Wednesday, Congress even shared a video showing Delhi Police entering party headquarters and rounding up its workers. Congress alleges that the police beat up party workers.

The Delhi Police has, however, denied the allegations.
