Dhyandev Wankhede's lawyer has said that Malik has been calling the Wankhede family 'fraud and questioning their religious beliefs'.

The suit adds that this entire tirade against Wankhedes started only after Malik's son-in-law Sameer Khan was arrested by the Bureau in January this year on charges of trading in contraband.

Dhyandev wants a permanent injunction restraining Malik, his party members and all others acting under or on his instructions from publishing, writing or speaking in the media about him and his family members.
