Watch: Thieves break into house, hold Indore family hostage and decamp with cash, jewellery

A group of thieves broke into the house of Indian Oil Corporation depot manager and decamped with cash, jewellery, and a car.

The incident happened at 4.30 am on Friday in Madhya Pradesh's Indore city. Four masked men entered Pushpendra Mittal Agarwal's house carrying weapons, beat up the sleeping people, and tied them with rope while carrying out the robbery. The family consists of Agarwal, his wife, and their two children.

The family then somehow untied themselves and contacted the police after the burglars left their house.

Amar Ujala news outlet reported that on the instructions of the Indore Commissioner, three teams from the Crime Branch were formed. They have found the car in Dhar city while a search is on to locate the thieves.
