Think of your scalp as the base for your hair. Just like a strong base is needed for a tall building, a healthy scalp is needed for strong and nice-looking hair. If we don't take care of our scalp, it can lead to problems like dandruff, dryness, and even hair loss.

Experts shared insight on this and said the scalp is a bit like our face's skin and needs similar care. Just like our face can get oily, dry, or have pimples, the scalp can have similar issues. Ignoring these problems can make us uncomfortable and can also harm our hair. The expert said that it's important to treat our scalp like how we treat our face.
