      What is scrunching?

Scrunching your face refers to the act of tightly contracting or wrinkling the muscles of your facial expressions, typically resulting in the creation of lines or wrinkles on the skin. People may scrunch their faces intentionally as a part of certain facial expressions, like frowning, squinting, or making an expressive, exaggerated face. It can also be used as a pose or expression in social media photos and videos for various purposes, such as humor, emphasizing emotions, or following trends. The term "scrunching your face" essentially describes the action of creating facial wrinkles or expressions by contracting the facial muscles.

What health experts say about scrunching

According to many dermotologists scrunching the face too much may lead to early wrinkles and fine lines on the face.
