Along with these, Indian dishes such as Amritsari Kulcha, Butter Garlic Naan, and Murgh Makhani were also recognized.</p>
<p>The top spot in the rankings went to Colombia's Lechona, a roasted pig stuffed with yellow peas, green onions, and spices, slow-cooked in a brick oven. <br><br>Other notable dishes in the top 10 included Italy's Pizza Napoletana, Brazil's Picanha, Algeria's Rechta, Thailand's Phanaeng Curry, Argentina's Asado, Turkey's Cokertme Kebab, Indonesia's Rawon, Turkey's Cag Kebab, and Ethiopia's Tibs.</p>

<p>The top four spots were claimed by Italian cities: Naples, Milan, Bologna, and Florence, with Mumbai following closely behind. The city was ranked ahead of places like Rome, Paris, Vienna, Turin, and Osaka.</p>
<p>Taste Atlas highlighted several iconic Mumbai dishes, including Bhel puri, Pav bhaji, Vada pav, and Ragda Pattice, and recommended famous eateries like Ram Ashraya, Shree Thaker Bhojanalay, and Cafe Madras.</p>
<p>Alongside Mumbai, other Indian cities also made it to the list, with Amritsar, New Delhi, and Hyderabad ranking within the top 50. Kolkata and Chennai secured spots at 71st and 75th, respectively.</p>
<p>Taste Atlas also recognized regions in India for their culinary excellence, with Punjab earning a notable 7th place. Dishes like Amritsari kulcha, Tikka, Shahi paneer, Tandoori murgh, and Saag paneer were recommended from the region. <br><br>Despite India not making the top 10 in the overall best cuisines list, the country&rsquo;s food culture remains globally celebrated.</p>

<p>Delhi has been blanketed by dense smog recently, with images circulating widely on social media capturing the city's hazy state. The Air Quality Index (AQI) has plummeted into hazardous and severe levels, posing serious health risks. During Diwali, a season of lights and celebration in India, a hidden danger emerges in the form of intense air pollution, with exposure to toxic air becoming a major concern.</p>
<p>Dr. Sai Praveen Haranath, a pulmonologist, recently shared insights into how parents can protect their children amidst such poor air quality. He provided key tips for safeguarding young ones during high-pollution days:</p>
<ul>
<li>Limit outdoor activities as much as possible.</li>
<li>Ensure fans are set to expel indoor air effectively.</li>
<li>Engage children in indoor activities to reduce outdoor exposure.</li>
<li>Have children wear masks when stepping outside.</li>
<li>Keep air purifiers running and ensure they are well-maintained.</li>
<li>Dr. Sai also emphasized that individuals with asthma, similar to those affected by pollen, often begin using inhalers preventatively, both to control inflammation and to relax airways with short-acting inhalers.</li>
<li>Consulting a doctor for preemptive measures is always advisable.</li>

<p>He further recommended that general precautions should ideally start before the pollution season begins, including handwashing, mask-wearing, and vaccinations for pneumonia and influenza.</p>

<p>Experts advise against using carpets, as they can trap dust mites. Regularly washing bedding in hot water also helps remove volatile organic compounds. <p>In her latest episode of 'Tuesday Tips with B' on Instagram, the Maine Pyar Kiya star introduced a deliciously healthy hummus recipe.</p>
<p>To make this first, boil chickpeas and remove their skins, grind the chickpeas with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, mix in 2 spoonfuls of curd and blend again. Now, in a separate container, blend 2-3 teaspoons of roasted sesame seeds with garlic and salt to taste, mix the tahini with the chickpea blend and transfer to a grinder, add juice from half a lemon and 6-8 ice cubes for a smooth texture and blend well. Garnish with oregano and serve. Enjoy your homemade, healthy hummus!</p>
