AB de Villiers, Graeme Smith and Mark Boucher accused of racial prejudice during their South Africa stint

In the latest revelation from Social Justice and National-Building (SJN) Commission, Cricket South Africa and some big cricketers have been accused of engaging in racial prejudice.

According to an ESPNcricinfo report, the commission has named former captain Graeme Smith, current head coach Mark Boucher and former batter AB de Villers of discriminating against black players.

However, de Villiers denied the charges and tweeted that during his career, he expressed honest cricketing opinions based on what he believed best for the team and never based on anyone's race.

The SJN commission report recommended an appointment of a permanent ombudsman to deal with race and gender-based complaints in South Africa cricket.
