England have a herculean task on their hands after conceding a 238 runs lead in the first innings of second Ashes Test at Adelaide. Australia decided to bat again despite they having the chance to enforce the follow-on.

At stumps on Day 3, Australia were 45-1, leading by 282 runs with Marcus Harris and night watchman Michael Neser at the crease. David Warner got run out while taking a quick single.

Earlier, the visitors shed their first session advantage after going wicket-less as Dawid Malan and Joe Root showed grit and resilience against Aussies bowlers.
