'Take couple of paracetamols and Rahul Dravid would be back in time for India vs Pakistan': Ravi Shastri

Ravi Shastri has claimed that Rahul Dravid, who tested positive for Covid-19, will be back on the park in just 3-4 days as things have changed now and he considers Covid-19 as flu.

'Take a couple of paracetamols and he would be back in time for India vs Pakistan,' added the former India head coach.

Shastri, who was one of the many coaching staff members to have tested positive for Covid-19 before the Manchester Test last year, also claimed that had he been there in the dressing room, India would have not only played that 5th Test vs England but would have won it as well.

In a press conference organised by Star Sports, the former India head coach said that he could have gone into the dressing room in 6 days. India was leading the Test series 2-1 at that time when Covid-19 hit the Indian camp. The BCCI and the ECB mutually decided to postpone the 5th Test, which was eventually won by England in July this year.
