A modern-day great, India's run machine, one of the most fear-inspiring batters across the world, Virat Kohli, turns 34 today.

After an almost 3-year-long dip in form, Kohli returned to form, and how! During the Asia Cup 2022 he smashed his first 100 in the shortest format of the game, his 71st across formats, since then the batting maestro has not disappointed the cricket fans. A revitalised Kohli has been India's backbone in their T20 World Cup campaign Down Under.

November 5th is the Indian batting Maestro's born day, and the cricket fans and his colleagues can't keep calm. Wishes stormed social media from across the cricketing fraternity as the ex-Indian skipper turned a year older. It was a special day for Team India as their mental conditional coach Paddy Upton also celebrates his birthday today. BCCI shared a heartwarming video of them celebrating their birthdays together.

While Glenn Maxwell led the birthday wishes as he wished the prolific Indian batter a day in advance. 'I just wish a very happy birthday to one of my very good friends Virat Kohli', Maxwell said on live TV after his team's 4-run win against Afghanistan on Friday.

Former Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh shared a heartwarming video on Virat Kohli's big day, Dinesh Karthik wished him with a touching message on Twitter that read, 'He's the one who believes when no one else does!'

Shreyas Iyer, Hardik Pandya, Suresh Raina, Pakistan's Shahnawaz Dahani, and Anuj Rawat, all wished Kohli a happy birthday.

AB de Villiers had a special message for Virat Kohli that his IPL franchise Royal ChallengersBangalore shared on their Twitter page. In the video, ABD said, 'You are one hell of a cricket player but you are a much better human being'

Kohli who was a part of the 2011 World Cup-winning team and the 2013 Champions Trophy-winning team in the game against Bangladesh became the highest run-scorer in the history of the ICC T20 World Cup.
