An all-round show by Shadab khan with the bat and the ball helped Pakistan to register a stunning 33-run win in a rain-interrupted match, ending the proteas' unbeaten streak in the ongoing T20 World Cup 2022. 

With the win, Pakistan who made it to the 3rd spot on the points table with 4 points also keep their chances alive to qualify for the semifinals. SA is in 2nd place with 5 points from 4 games.

A superb performance from Iftikhar Ahmed who first made a crucial 52-run partnership with Mohd Nawaz and then a 82-run partnership with Shadab Khan powered Pakistan to a 185/9 total in 20 overs. 

Earlier, after Pak lost Rizwan's wicket early, Mohd Haris gave a quick start with 28 in 11 balls. 
For SA,  Anrich Nortje was the pick of the bowlers with a 4-wicket haul. Parnell, Rabada, Ngidi and Shamsi got 1 each.
