A female passenger travelling from Birmingham to the Canary Islands was asked to de-board the plane or 'cover-up' because she was wearing a crop-top. According to Emily O'Connor's Twitter, she felt humiliated when the staff ensured she was covered up before flying. Thomas Cook airlines later apologised to the passenger and said they wished they had handled the situation better. Apparently, now airlines have the authority to tell people how to dress.
