India gets its first transgender operator for CSC work

Union Minister of Electronics and Information Technology Ravi Shankar Prasad recently announced that Zoya Khan from Vadodara has become India's first transgender operator at the Common Service Centre (CSC). The CSC offers e-services to remote and rural locations of the country. Zoya shared with news agency ANI that she aims to make the transgender community digitally advanced and has begun CSC work with telemedicine consultation.
