#MeToo: Payal Ghosh files police complaint against Anurag Kashyap

Actress Payal Ghosh, who levelled sexual harassment allegations against Anurag Kashyap, has now filed a police complaint against the filmmaker in Mumbai on Monday. Ghosh along with her lawyer Nitin Satpute arrived at the Oshiwara Police Station for registration of an FIR.

Meanwhile, Ghosh's advocate told the media on Monday that it is a 'cognisable offence' for which the accused can get 3 years of imprisonment under section 354 and 509 of Indian Penal Code, if found guilty.
