After a single-judge bench dismissed Mehul Choksi's plea to preview Netflix's upcoming series 'Bad Boy Billionaires: India', the fugitive diamantaire has now approached the Division Bench of the Delhi High Court with the same plea.

The Netflix series covers the rise and fall of Indian billionaires Vijay Mallya, Nirav Modi along with his uncle Choksi among others and focusses on the events that led to the downfall of these tycoons.

The series is all set to stream from September 2.
