criticised the Spanish club for his transfer to Atletico Madrid. It is going to be so strange seeing you in another shirt, and even stranger to have to play against you, Messi wrote. Calling him one of the most important players in the history of the club, Messi further said, You deserve to be sent off as what you are and not the one that they gave you, but it is true that at this point nothing surprises me. The Uruguayan footballer who is the third leading scorer for Barcelona with 198 goals also expressed his gratitude towards Messi for the heartfelt message.
