Report: LiDAR system will be exclusive to iPhone 12 Pro models

A report from Fast Company has said that Apple's upcoming iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max devices will be the only new iPhones to get the LiDAR depth camera system, seen on the latest generation iPad Pros. The LiDAR system, developed by Sony provides better camera performance, especially portrait photographs, and improves the Augmented Reality features available on iOS. However, the report says the system will not be available on the standard entry-level iPhone 12 model.
