With lockdown restrictions lifted and business as usual, a toxic white-coloured foam was seen flowing on river Yamuna over the Okhla Barrage. Local fishermen, who spotted it, shared with news agency ANI that during the lockdown, the river water looked quite clean. They believe that the froth is due to the dirt that has started accumulating. However, the real reason is yet to be ascertained.
