The MG Comet EV is a unique-looking and feature-loaded hatchback that’s targeted at those who live in areas with tight parking spaces.

MG Comet EV launched in India at ₹7.98 lakh

MG has launched the Comet EV in India at an introductory price of ₹7.98 lakh (ex-showroom).

The Comet EV is a small tall boy car with a design like no other. It is 2,974 mm long, 1,505 mm wide, and 1,640 mm tall. Its wheel size is pretty small at just 12 inches.

The electric car has a tall boy style and comes with dual projector headlamps, a charging port up front, LED lights and an LED light bar at the back.

Inside, it has a dual touchscreen infotainment system with two 10.25-inch screens. The system also supports wireless with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

The MG Comet EV has a 17.3 kWh battery pack that can go 230km on a single charge. The electric motor generates an approximate 41 BHP of power and 110 Nm of peak torque.

MG says that the Comet’s 3.3 kW charger can charge the battery from 0-100% in 7 hours.
