IFS officer shares desi version of the photo that won wildlife award

An ethereal photograph of an endangered Siberian tiger hugging an ancient Manchurian fir tree to mark it with her scent, clicked by Russian photographer Sergey Gorshkov recently bagged this year's Wildlife Photographer of the Year grand title.
Back home, IFS officer Parveen Kaswan took to Twitter to share an Indian version of the photograph, clicked by his friend Sarosh Lodhi.
It showed another tiger hugging a tree, similar to the one clicked by Gorshkov that won him the prestigious title from nearly 50,000 entries.

Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2020: first few images released

The first few photographs of the much-awaited&nbsp;Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2020 awards have been released and they will leave you spellbound!
Some of these photographs out of the&nbsp;68 highly commended images selected by judges for an exhibition, were released recently and they feature everything from primates to disappearing habitats.&nbsp;
Award winners will be chosen from among&nbsp;50,000 entries and they will be announced on the 13th of October, virtually from the Natural History Museum in London.
The photographs have been clicked by both amateur&nbsp;and professional photographers and nature enthusiasts.&nbsp;&nbsp;
