Even as fans are eagerly waiting for the third installment of superhit &lsquo;Aashiqui&rsquo; franchise, T-Series has issued a statement, denying their involvement in the film. This update comes as a big setback after reports of Kartik Aaryan and Triptii Dimri have been roped in for the film.&nbsp;
<h3>T-Series statement on 'Aashiqui 3'&nbsp;</h3>
Amid the rumours of Kartik Aaryan and Triptii Dimri being roped in for the film, the production house has denied producing the film. In a statement, T-Series said, &ldquo;T-Series wishes to clarify that we are not presently involved in the development or production of Aashiqui 3. If and when Aashiqui 3 is initiated, T-Series and Vishesh Films / Mukesh Bhatt being joint owners in the franchise shall produce it jointly only. We categorically deny any ongoing rumours suggesting that Aashiqui 3 is being produced under a different title by T- Series.&rdquo; The production house further stated that they are currently working on another film with director Anurag Basu. &ldquo;Our proposed film to be directed by Anurag Basu is neither &lsquo;Aashiqui 3&rsquo; nor part of the &lsquo;Aashiqui &lsquo;franchise,&rdquo; the statement added. &nbsp;
<h3>How did &lsquo;Aashiqui 3&rsquo; speculation begin?&nbsp;</h3>
Kartik Aaryan had posted a picture with Anurag Basu, Pritam, Bhushan Kumar and Mahesh Bhatt with a caption, &ldquo;Team &lsquo;A&rsquo;&rdquo;in September 2023. &nbsp;He had also shared a video on his Instagram with the song &lsquo;Ab Tere Bin&rsquo; playing in the background. In the caption, the actor wrote, "Ab Tere Bin Ji Lenge Hum Zeher Zindagi Ka Pi Lenge Hum #Aashiqui3 This one is going to be heart-wrenching !! My First with Basu Da (Anurag Basu)". &nbsp;Later in December, reports emerged that Triptii Dimri will be seen romancing Kartik Aaryan in &lsquo;Aashiqui 3&rsquo;. &nbsp;

They just knew me as the monologue guy from Pyaar Ka Punchnama. It was Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety which made me a household name. The film came when I had already completed seven years in the industry and people weren’t aware that I exist.'
Kartik Aaryan's upcoming films include 'Satyaprem Ki Katha', which will hit the theatres on June 29, 2023. The film is directed by Sameer Vidwans and marks Kartik’s second film with Kiara Advani. Kartik will also star in 'Shehzada' with Kriti Sanon,a Hindi remake of the Telugu film 'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo'. He will also feature in 'Freddy' directed co-starring Alaya F. The film will be directed by Shashanka Ghosh.

Kartik Aaryan is one of the most bankable actors in Bollywood today. In a recent interview with CNN-News18, the actor talked about his journey in films, which he described as &lsquo;very difficult&rsquo; and full of &lsquo;ups and downs&rsquo;. Kartik mentioned that for the longest time, people didn&rsquo;t know his name and just knew him as the monologue guy from his debut film &lsquo;Pyaar Ka Punchnama&rsquo;.&nbsp;

They are giving their time and money and they want to watch something good. As part of the industry, it is our responsibility to give them good content. We have many examples of good films that have come out this year and have done well,' he said.&nbsp;
