Yet another targeted attack by terrorists took place in Jammu &amp; Kashmir on April 18.&nbsp;A head constable of the Railway Protection Force, or RPF, was killed in the attack.&nbsp;An assistant sub-inspector (ASI) was injured in the incident.
The attack occurred in Kakapora in Pulwama district.&nbsp;The victims were near a tea stall when a terrorist approached them on foot.&nbsp;The attacker appears to have caught them by surprise, quickly shooting them, and then fleeing.

The incident was caught on CCTV.&nbsp;Head Constable Surinder Singh was declared dead on arrival at the hospital.&nbsp;ASI Devraj suffered injuries.
This was reportedly the ninth terror attack in April so far.&nbsp;There has been a spate of attacks on security personnel and civilians in Jammu and Kashmir in recent weeks.

Instances of violence sparked by religious tension continue to be reported from various parts of the country.&nbsp;Hubli in Karnataka was another addition to the list on April 16, after a mob allegedly pelted stones at a police station.

A day after a video making rounds on social media in which it has been seen that Bihar CM Nitish Kumar was attacked by a man during a programme in the Bakhtiarpur town of Patna district on Sunday. The incident was captured in the CCTV camera.
The man is identified as Shankar Kumar Verma aka Chottu, a resident of Bakhtiarpur town, Police said. Though he was handed over to local police after the incident happened.
Following the investigation, the man is mentally disturbed. His relatives have told the authorities that his mental condition is not stable. Earlier he has tried to kill himself. His wife has left him moreover he lives alone with his children.
After the investigation process, Bihar CM instructed the officials not to take any harsh action against him instead he asked them to provide him medical treatment for his illness.

Pen Studios has confirmed that highly-anticipated films 'RRR', 'Attack' and 'Gangubai Kathiawadi' will release exclusively in theatres.&nbsp;
Issuing a clarification on their Twitter handle, the production house said they&nbsp;would like to clarify that Gangubai Kathiawadi, RRR, and Attack will release in cinemas, and all speculative reports doing rounds about these films releasing on OTT platforms before cinemas are not true.
Pen Studios concluded the statement by saying that the magnum opus films have been made for the big-screen experience and would only be&nbsp;releasing in theatres.
